I realized I have been putting on weight lately, well, not not say 10 kilos but then, a kilo or two, is enough to affect my physical looks. (Yes, I am vain.) At my age now, I have to be more cautious, putting on is easy but losing some fats is definitely difficult. I think I got to opt for some other exercise and here are some ideas I have...
Dancing... yes, I love that actually. I attend aerobics weekly but it is quite monotaneous actually, line dancing or ballroom dancing is a better choice for me.
One of my friends love golfing. In fact most who have tried golf are sort of "addicted" to this game. Some even say "golf is like a man's mistress." Is it true, guys?
How about tennis? I have tried playing it but I gave up after I found out that I have to be under the sun most times. But of course, with a proper attire and precaution taken, it is a good game not to be missed!
Other than tennis, I would like to do cheerleading IF I were younger. But I have no regrets not doing that before, at least now my girl is involved actively in cheerleading. She loves it very much and her cheerleading attire is definitely something to cheer about here. Another one of her passion is inline skating which is also known as "rollerblading." Well, I tried roller skating before during my teens, too bad I didn't have a photograph taken then, otherwise it is all only hearsay. LOL...
I guess age is a factor that forbids some of the games mentioned above. A few years from now, I will just stick to some indoor games which I find rather interesting. Hopefully by then, my grandchildren will be willing to play the indoor games with me.... LOL....

I can't wait to move to Singapore. A club is right opposite my husband house. Be nice to swim everyday :).
All exercises are good as long as you do them! haha! I think the best is choose the exercise that you enjoy!
I like to go jogging in the park, but of course to some people, they will think, where's the fun in jogging? So it's up to the individual.
Btw, you post 1-2 new posts a day? Wah! How to catch up with you? I miss one day, means miss 1-2 posts. If I don't come here for a few days, finishlah! Don't know where to start reading already! : )

No need to do line dancing lah. There's always zumba and salsa and rumba, cha cha cha and whatever ba ba. Haha. They are guaranteed more exciting and fun than line dancing.
