My Second Try With Cranberries!

Baking time!!

Since Andy was such a good boy last night, yours truly decided to make him some special cookies again... LOL.. Actually not special la.. this time though, instead of choc chips, I put cranberries plus walnuts, healthier and of course, more expensive as well....

Elin is right, butter plays an important role.... I use Tatura butter this time and the aroma filled up the house the minute the cookies started to warm up....

guess who's cutting the cranberries and the walnuts....
having a girl in the family is not bad after all!

while she was at that, I did this....

then folded in the flour and alllllll...
so much "extras"...i love it!

this time my girl patiently rolled them up...

gave some to my mum to try..
she said..."hmmm.. hoe heong ah.."
(it tastes good)
thanks to Elin for her idea of cranberries...

(the recipe is here in Let's Wallop)

Claire, sorry dunno how to go about posting a direct link so you need to do two steps copy and paste. I have seen someone posted a direct link before. Perhaps you can teach me how or can someone be kind enough to share on this? TQ

The dough for this recipe looks amazing. I just want to lick the spoon!

I just made a cake for Bundt day tomorrow, and the batter was sensational. I don't even care what the cake tastes like! We'll see how it snaps though - take a look when I post it tomorrow!
