I couldn't sleep last night, I tossed and turned, hurting my right shoulder on and off, my mind was in turmoil... and I finally got up at 7.50am... just couldn't sleep at peace. Made up my mind, I must go and get an Xray done on my chest, lungs...wherever..
Doc gave me a referral letter and off I went to Fatimah Hospital. Waited an hour anxiously for my report, tormenting oneself with questions, "is my xray report complicated? why doc took so long to get it done?" I started praying... "The Lord is my shepherd, the Lord is my shepherd, I shall want no other...." and I realized I couldn't remember all the lines... I prayed whatever I can remember, "I shall not fear, Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me...." Gosh... I must make it a point to memorize....
When mind is confused, words become wordless...
