I am always a "law abider", parking at the right places and putting coupons on my dashboard. But only one setback, I always put 10-15 minutes later than my present time, for instance... I reached old town at 10.45pm, I put my coupon as 11am.... I heard that 10 minutes later is acceptable, right?
While walking back to car, I saw the pink paper.... haizzzz... pink paper means got summoned! His time is 10.48am... my time is 11am.. just a matter of 2 minutes, he gave me a summon!!! so bad la he...

I think I have more than a dozen of this stuff hanging out somewhere in the house. Must find 1 day to settle them all :s
Aiyor...so ultra-efficient. I usually put an extra ticket, just in case. A few cents more...better than getting fined.
But here, overtime only RM1.00. If no parking coupon, I think it's RM15.00. Wah...your dewan bandaraya, kuat hebat hor!!!

ic, very risky indeed. worst for me, i just ran inside the post office to post a letter. A saman letter was already waiting for me.

Can appeal or not? Here more troublesome. Gotta buy the ticket from the machine. N sometimes the machine quite far away. Vy lazy to walk far far under the hot sun.

Hi Reana, thats an expensive breakfast, ha ha.
I presently have my SIL and BIL visiting us from KL.
They'll be here 2 months....and one of the first things they noticed, free parking everywhere, and was so shocked to see the vacant spaces at our supermarkets and malls, and no tolls too.
