When I read the Star this afternoon, I was shocked to see what was written about Park Song Ha, aged 33. He acted in Winter Sonata and since then, he became very famous. Even Malaysian tourists are taken to the place where this korean series took place.
What happened to him?
Aged 33, handsome... famous... but depressed. He reminded me of Leslie Cheong Kwok Wing, the Hongkong singer/actor, he was also depressed and committed suicide by jumping off the building. Park Song Ha committed suicide by hanging himself in his room with his electric charger, it was written. Poor mum of his.. she was the one who found him the next morning...
Why suicide? So normal, so healthy.... Anita Mui came to my mind. How she fought against cancer to be alive... how others fight on each day to live but could not.. life is so precious....
Depression really kills.... let us be more alert towards our family, our friends... any sign of strangeness in them, send out an SOS... this is the least we can do for them...

I do not now this actor but it is so sad. Depression eats into a person . Certainly help can be given.
Be glad with the life that we have. We don't know what path those people has been through.

sometimes they are too famous jor. Dont know who to turn to when they have "sum si". Turn to the wrong person then the whole thing will become big huha and known to public.
These quiet ones are in danger the most.
Those who shout say going to die and all that are less likely to do it.

Yes, depression can be dangerous! And it affects everyone. Try to nip depression in the bud, where at the first few signs if u think u r not quite right like no interest in almost everything, do something about it like talking to someone or get medical attention

So sad to see someone so young took his own life. Depression is a killer indeed!
Gosh, I have not heard of this actor or the show, but look at how handsome and successful he was. He had it all, but yet he didn't! Just goes to show we can have everything of this world, and still nothing. I think of a whole young life just wasted by this tragedy. Someone's pain must be so incredibly unbearable to be able to do this...and his poor mom!! He has left a broken and inconsolable person behind.

I salute Anita Mui, you know. She fought til her last breath. While life is hard, sometimes we need to realize that some others fought so much just to live a little while longer. She's my hero. =D Imagine fighting breast cancer to the last moment. I cannot imagine how....
alot of these cases in korea entertainment world. must be a real stress place to be in. kesian... but still, that's not the best route to take...

Yes, depression can be really serious...but do not be deceived if a person looks happy. The mind is a very complex thing... Best thing to do is to give the love and attention needed.

I am aghast to read that this guy committed suicide.From the above picture,he doesn't seem to be someone who'll take such a drastic action.Ending life like this is just pathetic.This is merely a cowardly act.

my colleague hanged himself with a computer cord,next morning the sister opened his door to see - one of the saddest thing on earth.i do not understand many things in life,and many times it's better not to understands at all.just be cheerful as often as possible.
