Chee Cheong Fun Teluk Intan's Style

What do you think these people outside are waiting for?

none other than the Teluk Intan
famous Chee Cheong Fun, of course!!

secretly I managed to snap some pictures...
on how-to-do-CCF... hehehe...

non-stop grinding the flour...

becoming watery...

and steaming them...

the crowd still waiting for their turn...

my tour guide counting his pre-orders...
.....more than 100 packets!

upon reaching home, the first thing I did ...
was to "wallop" up this ...
infamous Teluk Intan's Chee Cheong Fun!
hhhmmmmm.....

  1. Their chee cheong fun is very flavourful but too oily for me. Eating that once in a while is ok but not too regularly loh...

  6. I eagerly waited in line for the chee cheong fun, but it turned out below my expectation :( Still prefer the plain ones eaten with lots of gravy sauce and yong tau fu.

  9. Agree with Patty - it does not look very appealing...but then again, some things don't look nice and yet they taste great. Regardless, anything that needs queuing and waiting, sorry lah!!!
