Gross Discovery From My Legs

A gross discovery this afternoon when I did something "medical" ...

For those of you who have just eaten your lunch, BEWARE... you might puke...
And for those who have not eaten yet, THANK ME for I might be able to make you skip a meal or two... hahahaa....
Ok, here goes....
I received a phone call asking me to go downstairs
for a medical test on body toxic..
Upon entering the room, I saw a row of chairs
with basins of water filled with human legs..
on electrolytes or are they ions?
Then I joined in the "fun"
Sat down and put my legs into the basin
filled with water and "hill salt"...
Just like this....
Will I get "electrocuted"
or will my hair just stand on ends?
Slowly, slowly...
the water became to change colour....
After 15minutes, the water became to turn
yellowish/greenish/blackish
before my eyes...
 So Yucky!!
In less than half hour, the water was already murky!
Oh gosh!!
So... what is the conclusion of this "demostration?"
I was told that my body toxic has come out through the pores of my soles...
Not all, of course.. still need to do more "detoxification"....
Yellowish means cholesterol little bit...la...
Air bubbles means.. I have "wind" inside my body too....
I was told that the more I "soak" my legs,
My body will be rejuvenated and  be detoxified....
hahahaaha... unbelievable!
Meanwhile... I hope I will not get rheumatism tomorrow...
Soaking legs in cold water with salt is something not really encourage, right?

  6. I am pretty sure toxins can emerge from our soles as written in Chinese medical journals. Those foot patch plasters could also detoxify our feet lah. This is good and will keep you long life!

  7. I haven't tried that before. If toxins can really be gotten rid of in this way, that's great!

  16. I believe the brown or rust water is a product of the electrolysis process. Better eat more fruits and greens to detox.

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...
Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch here in …

Caring And Sharing At Limestone, Regal Lodge, Ipoh

IMPROMPTU GATHERING.... Nothing was planned beforehand, it was only at the last minute that we received call to have lunch at Limestone Cafe, inside Regal Lodge.  It was my first time there to have set lunch.  The menu prices were reasonable, around RM15.90 for the main dish, RM3 for a bowl of soup and RM2 for ice cream.  Other than that, coffee, tea and soft drinks are free.
We were there not so much for the food but for the ambiance... we practically had the whole cafe to ourselves during that lunch hour.  Only one or two tables were occupied and we spent more than two hours there since it was a Friday long hour lunch for my working colleagues.  After a few months absence from me, it was wonderful to catch up with my ex-colleagues again!
I was super hungry by lunch time and I felt like eating almost anything in the menu. We ended up ordering one main dish each and then sharing them with one another so that we could taste a bit of this and that.....
I felt like eating Aglio Oli…

Famous Wanton Mee At New Hoong Kee, Bandar Sri Damansara

BREAKFAST FEAST..  Best meal of the day is always my first meal because I know I am able to tuck in as much as my stomach can accept.  I eat a lot in the mornings and then slowly dwindle by the end of the day.  As the saying goes, eat like a king in the morning and like a pauper in the evenings.  This is what I normally do nowadays, not because I wanted to, but it is my own body system that tune me this way.  Though I deny I am old but the body says otherwise... LOL...

On this morning, we went to New Hoong Kee in Bandar Sri Damansara, my sibling said this is currently his favourite place.  And after trying, I know why.... the food we ordered, all turned out good and tasty, even the curry reminded me of my good old days!
Managed to catch the name otherwise I wouldn't be able to tell this story now...  My type of curry... I can go without the chicken... Just the other ingredients will do fine for me.. I like the way they cook this curry... Heard the BBQ pork is tasty too... melt in …
