Home Cooked Food To Make Way For Lee Chong Wei

From now on, I guess I have to cook more often cos the two younger ones are home... The house is filled with noise again and I like it! No more watching the movies and hearing my own laughter only... No doubt more housework to do but then I am blessed that they are now grown up and they can help around without any more "shouts" like those days. hahahaa... In fact now they can do more than yours truly here, cannot deny that my physical strength is not as "normal" as those years anymore.

Remember the steamboat dinner?  I still have left over vegetables in the fridge!  No more meat but some leftovers and they agree just to have these for dinner... a very simple dinner indeed cos yours truly had to watch our Malaysian players in action on TV live!
Except for the "Mar Si Yeen" vege, the rest are leftovers....
Seafood Taufu... my girl's favourite...
Easiest dish... big onions with omega eggs...
Siew Pak Choy with Enoki Mushrooms...
Three simple dishes with leafy soup...
I like the way Andy scooped the rice...
Neat eh...
Ate my dinner in front of the TV this evey8ing...
Not encouraged but today is exceptional...

Cos Lee Chong Wei was playing the finals
And I am so glad that the Malaysians won the Men Doubles
and Singles in the Malaysian Open...
Congratulations to them!

Oh yes, and those "dai chung dan" (big onions fried egg), those can never go wrong..

On days I don't know what to cook, "chin dan", "chau choy" & "chin mm chan yok" (fried luncheon meat) can never go wrong, hehe..

  10. For 3 persons that is more than enough food I would say. Delicious too especially the eggs and onions. Who did the washing up afterwards?
