A New App I Get To Know

In my own hometown, I do not need any GPS to lead me to where I want to go but once I am out of town, I will be very helpless!  So far I have not install any app in my iPhone yet, yes, I know.. I am still backdated, I still rely on manual directions from my friends and worse come to the worse, I draw my own directions on a piece of paper and "study" the plan before departing from my home station.  That is not quite reliable, right?

Well, I cannot rely on the manual directions anymore as much as I wanted to.  I am planning to "migrate" to another state when I retire, plans are not definite yet but I need to prepare myself.  When I think of the town I am going to, I feel very lost!  I have to admit that I am poor and helpless in remembering directions.  I am going to need some app software to help me through this time of crisis and the only way to be independent is to download an app to my iPhone.

There are a few apps that I am interested in and I am trying to find out which suit me best.  When it comes to vehicle route planning software, I know next to nothing.  But of course, I can always log into their website.  Something that I read here about fleet route planning software, this service is very helpful for those who are leading busy life, it helps to calculate our planned destinations so that we can save time and car fuel.  For us who plan to make a few destinations at one time, this route planning software will calculate our starting point, that is from our house to our destination in the shortest amount of time, while covering all our destined places at the same time.  I am not sure of the software, all I will do is to bring my phone to the shop and let them do whatever route scheduling software they need to instal into my phone.  It sounds like very effective for me since I am always short of time doing my daily chores.

Once the software is installed, I can start planning the places where I want to go without cracking my own head.  I just have to key in the addresses of where I want to go, all ten of them is also fine with the software.  Route4Me will do all the planning and route out my whole trip.  Isn't that amazing? From what I read here, Route4Me is a Web app that allows me to input multiple destinations and addresses and after that, it will plot the most time and travel efficient course from location to location for me, to save time and energy by driving.  I guess this software is good for me when I move to a new town place.

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...
Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch here in …

Caring And Sharing At Limestone, Regal Lodge, Ipoh

IMPROMPTU GATHERING.... Nothing was planned beforehand, it was only at the last minute that we received call to have lunch at Limestone Cafe, inside Regal Lodge.  It was my first time there to have set lunch.  The menu prices were reasonable, around RM15.90 for the main dish, RM3 for a bowl of soup and RM2 for ice cream.  Other than that, coffee, tea and soft drinks are free.
We were there not so much for the food but for the ambiance... we practically had the whole cafe to ourselves during that lunch hour.  Only one or two tables were occupied and we spent more than two hours there since it was a Friday long hour lunch for my working colleagues.  After a few months absence from me, it was wonderful to catch up with my ex-colleagues again!
I was super hungry by lunch time and I felt like eating almost anything in the menu. We ended up ordering one main dish each and then sharing them with one another so that we could taste a bit of this and that.....
I felt like eating Aglio Oli…

Famous Wanton Mee At New Hoong Kee, Bandar Sri Damansara

BREAKFAST FEAST..  Best meal of the day is always my first meal because I know I am able to tuck in as much as my stomach can accept.  I eat a lot in the mornings and then slowly dwindle by the end of the day.  As the saying goes, eat like a king in the morning and like a pauper in the evenings.  This is what I normally do nowadays, not because I wanted to, but it is my own body system that tune me this way.  Though I deny I am old but the body says otherwise... LOL...

On this morning, we went to New Hoong Kee in Bandar Sri Damansara, my sibling said this is currently his favourite place.  And after trying, I know why.... the food we ordered, all turned out good and tasty, even the curry reminded me of my good old days!
Managed to catch the name otherwise I wouldn't be able to tell this story now...  My type of curry... I can go without the chicken... Just the other ingredients will do fine for me.. I like the way they cook this curry... Heard the BBQ pork is tasty too... melt in …
