Homecooked Food Is Where The Heart Is...

I was invited for dinner after my "visit" to the hospital.  No outside food temporary... and I wonder how long this will last.  I feel from tomorrow onwards, I would be taking outside food again, at least for the weekend.  There are some food programs going on.... anyway, I will try to refrain from whatever food that is not agreeable with my condition....*will really try*

I love coming to this house for dinner... it is a very comfortable home.... and I am really blessed to have homecooked food by siblings one by one.... A simple dinner, she mentioned.... to me, it was a Big Wow already....
Steamed village chicken.... yummmss!!
Fresh crispy RP!
Ok, I know, I cannot take too much meat....
Two, three pieces and that was all I took.....
ahhhh... I love this dish...
Cucumber in vinegar!
Oh dear, come to think of it, I ate a lot of this...
No good for my condition...
I also took a lot of this too...
Green leafy young vegetables....
I still love this BEST!

That was my ... our dinner!
And that's me..... resting comfortable in a cosy home....

  2. Homecooked food is always the best no matter how simple they are. This looks like a big feast. Food is great and the steamed chicken looks so juicy.

  3. Your siblings are really taking care of you really well. Actually is your condition caused by food? I think more probably caused by lifting heavy objects. Western doctors usually will not tell people to kai hou (stop eating certain food).

  5. Cooking for someone is such a good way to express your love. But Claire, I do not understand. If the problem is your back, why does it matter what you eat?
