Lunch At Bidor Restaurant In Taman Johor Jaya, Johor

After the visit to the launching, we had lunch with my relatives at Bidor Restaurant in Taman Johor Jaya which is more than half an hour drive from where we are staying.  I was told that the food here had some similarity in taste with Ipoh.  My sister-in-law is right!  The food here is indeed authentic, a mixture of both states in one...
Famous for its claypot fish porridge...
Not the actual type of porridge that I cook at home...
As for my version of words, it is served with rice in fish soup....
Piping hot soup served... can be "refilled" too....
As for the rest of the dishes... here they are...
Love them All!
Not sure of the name... Wu Xiang?
Leafy greens... I can finish them all anytime!
Johor "Lobak!"
This dish is very nice!
And ended up ordering two... one after another...
 Needs no introduction here....
Sweet sourish taste!
Stewed beancurd....
Crispy fried fish roe...
Blessed Food!!
As usual.... this is not an unusual sight....
hahahaa...
The cost came to around RM140 over...
Thanks for the scrumptious lunch!

  8. Ooooo...vinegar pork leg! Drool! Drool! Love the look of the porridge too...nice! The lor bak...I prefer it fried first and then sliced. When they fry in slices like that - always gives me the impression they're leftovers, re-fried. What's that Wu Xiang? Looks good!
