A Yellow Sunday With My Beautiful Friends

Immediately after church, I went to pick up my friends who were waiting for me in Polo Ground, Ipoh.  The road leading to Polo was quite jam by the time I reached the roundabout, nevertheless, it was quite interesting for I have never seen such an event before....
It was the second time singing NegaraKu within one hour...
An hour before the song was played in church and secondly on the Polo Ground...
Took a picture to commemorate the scene in the park...
And off we go ... to another program...

Yes, Another event was taking place too in Ipoh...
When I heard the Kucing Family was coming *impromptu visit*, I was like *Oh My!*
Two different groups of friends...
And what did I do?
I "compiled" them together... 2-in-1....
I led the way...
We came to the cultural resort and village....
Let everyone enjoyed themselves....
A very lovely picture of my guest!
 Mother and Son....
Way to Go!!
My Handsome Young Guest!
Alright, seriously... I didn't know what I was doing...
A very Unintentional  Action!
This shot is more "normal" now......
Another scene with another group...
The place was really crowded and the weather was hot....
After an hour or so, we quickly adjourned to a more interesting place....

  1. Nice Sunday outing!!! Small kucing did not wear yellow??

    1. did you wear yellow too? my t-shirt have yellow color wor

    2. I have to admit I did not have any yellow shirts or even yellow pants!! ^^ Nope. I didnt wear yellow.

    3. Yellow is bright... Makes day brighter...

  2. So the Kucing family sneaked to Ipoh huh. I was actually quite surprised that the PLUS highway was jammed on the other side on my drive back up north just now. Seems like although there are a lot of people flocking to KL for you-know-what, even more people escaped from the capital city for the weekend.

    1. This time round, im surprised ipoh was not so jammed...

  3. You are always a fantastic host to every visitor to Ipoh. No wonder this Kucing family never had enough and kept going to see you often to get their fix. Look at their smiles in the photos cukup.

  4. the more the merrier!! why didn't the Kucing Family go to the Polo Ground together also?? Mamarazzi was wearing yellow (a little bit lah).. this Qing Xin Ling is getting more and more packed now after the Ipoh Food Mayor introduced the place~~

    1. Not me lah... Yes, too crowded for my liking....

  5. A Sunday packed with activities and foodie outings! Hope your friends enjoyed the weekend in Ipoh!

  8. Nice Sunday with great activities.. Syiok oohh with Meow and family.. Wah, later sure eat non stop..

  9. Mama Kucing did not invite me to go Ipoh with her, sobsssss and sulk in a corner, hahaha...

An Evening Dinner At Chef Chew Kitchen, Petaling Jaya

BACK TO SG. BULOH for a couple of days.... Come evening, we went for dinner at Chef Chew Kitchen in Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya.  Since it was my first time there, I did not know what to expect except to sit back, relax and eat.  LOL... It is a one shop lot restaurant so tables are very limited.  Reservation was made at 6pm to be on the safe side, to avoid crowds and waiting for food was very minimized at this time of the day.  For the seven of us, these dishes were served on the table... Thumbs up even before the dinner...  And soon these are served...  Claypot braised ribs...  Their signature dish... Fish Maw...  First time eating fish maw which is whitish in colour...  Black Beancurd with Pumpkin sauce... Hey, this restaurant indeed serves new to me! This must be Sweet Sauce Chicken... For the American... Cos we Asians like Steamed Chicken like this!  LOL...  And the star dish of the dinner is this...  Freshly steamed and succulent prawns

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...  Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch

Night Market Along Lee Garden Plaza Hotel, Hatyai

BY THE TIME WE REACHED THE HOTEL, it was almost dark. This time round, we took a longer rest in the hotel... my girl might not need it but I certainly did!  After recharging around 80% of my body strength, we were ready to explore the streets again. Our hotel is really a strategic spot for us tourists.  The street vendors were all ready to boost their sales in front, at the side and along the whole stretch of street where we stayed.  Left, right, front... the place was filled with people and tourists like us... I could hear some of them speaking my dialect, we felt kind of at home instead of being tourists.... Besides the street vendors in front of the hotel, there was a night market just five minutes walking distance away from our hotel, Lee Garden Plaza.... Maybe they only opened during the weekends?  I am not sure about that.. .anyway, we were kind of excited to see all the bright lights along the street.... Come... Let's Go! We started from the beginning of the str
