We Went For Milkcow For Desserts

A NIGHT IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT SOME DESSERTS AFTER A YUMMY DINNER...  At first we thought of going for some Ice Kacang along the Tong Sui Street in town, then suddenly one place struck my mind...  Milkcow!  I have not been there before though I have seen many have wrote about it in Facebook.

So Milkcow it is... Aaron drove to old town, forgot the street name but it is easily accessible, just opposite Plan B, one will not sure;y cannot miss the cow icon at the top signboard....
I didn't manage to catch the outside but just the inside...
Milkcow... one and only in Ipoh...
A few other branches in Klang valley I heard....
Best Softserve Ice Cream In Town!
Aaron doing the ordering....
Aaron ordered this for me... I was thinking...
why not a bigger cup????
And when I tasted it... Wow...
The ice cream was so creamy...
Like it just came out from the milk powder...
I Don't like to drink milk....
But I certainly don't mind it turning to Ice Cream!
Before we indulge in it... the camera gets to eat it first....
And then....
This Came some fifteen minutes after.....
I Wow-ed!!
How could we finish this?
This was certainly more than enough for the both of us.....!
But I kept my silence and just enjoyed what was being served...
Didn't want to ask him why he ordered this....
Silence is best golden when it comes to desserts....
hahahahaa...

  1. Is that a piece of honeycomb on the waffle? How does the honeycomb taste like? Do you like it? I have not tried milkcow - too expensive for me.

  7. this Milkcow seems quite popular lately huh?? but *jakun* me have not tried that before at all, haha.. hmmm, maybe the i-scream is very condensed and compact, that's why it's just a small cup?? and the one that comes with waffle, you mean too much for two of you?? come on, i think it's too little for you since you love desserts.. and i-scream, who doesn't like that??

An Evening Dinner At Chef Chew Kitchen, Petaling Jaya

BACK TO SG. BULOH for a couple of days....

Come evening, we went for dinner at Chef Chew Kitchen in Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya.  Since it was my first time there, I did not know what to expect except to sit back, relax and eat.  LOL... It is a one shop lot restaurant so tables are very limited.  Reservation was made at 6pm to be on the safe side, to avoid crowds and waiting for food was very minimized at this time of the day.  For the seven of us, these dishes were served on the table...
Thumbs up even before the dinner...  And soon these are served...
Claypot braised ribs...  Their signature dish... Fish Maw...  First time eating fish maw which is whitish in colour...  Black Beancurd with Pumpkin sauce... Hey, this restaurant indeed serves new to me! This must be Sweet Sauce Chicken... For the American... Cos we Asians like Steamed Chicken like this!  LOL...  And the star dish of the dinner is this...  Freshly steamed and succulent prawns...  And the most delicious part is none other…

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...
Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch here in …

Night Market Along Lee Garden Plaza Hotel, Hatyai

BY THE TIME WE REACHED THE HOTEL, it was almost dark. This time round, we took a longer rest in the hotel... my girl might not need it but I certainly did!  After recharging around 80% of my body strength, we were ready to explore the streets again.

Our hotel is really a strategic spot for us tourists.  The street vendors were all ready to boost their sales in front, at the side and along the whole stretch of street where we stayed.  Left, right, front... the place was filled with people and tourists like us... I could hear some of them speaking my dialect, we felt kind of at home instead of being tourists....

Besides the street vendors in front of the hotel, there was a night market just five minutes walking distance away from our hotel, Lee Garden Plaza.... Maybe they only opened during the weekends?  I am not sure about that.. .anyway, we were kind of excited to see all the bright lights along the street....

Come... Let's Go!
We started from the beginning of the street...  A …
