The Eve, The First And Second Day Of Chinese New Year 2016

CHINESE NEW YEAR CAME AND WENT... It is a time of celebration with my love ones again, this year is slightly different because Aaron is not with us for this festive season.  Anyway, for each gathering we went to, his name was always brought up one way or another... I guess his ear must be tingling even though he is thousands of miles away... hahahaa...

For Chinese New Year Eve dinner, this year we had our reunion with my own family and siblings...
Before we partake the food, we had a short worship of Thanksgiving....
We did not cook a lot this year...
But the food was more than enough...
A picture to comm
Our CNY Eve gathering.....
On the first day my kids and I went to my in-laws' relative side for reunion....
Endless replenishing of food...
Second day of CNY, we had our meal at my in-laws....
I "contributed" one dish as usual...
And I was so glad that it was all wiped out...
hahahahaa...
The Eve, First and Second Day of Chinese New Year comes and goes...
But the Family Bonding will continue to stay...
More Food Gathering continues....

  2. I always enjoy the family gathering during CNY. Your CNY looks very "lau juak" and there is so much good homely food.

  3. CNY is a time of family bonding and feasting. When the family is big, everything seems to be tastier and finish faster. Gong Xi Fa Cai!
