There are many things you can do to ensure greater health for yourself. Living a healthier life has many advantages. You will feel better, look better, and just have an overall happy and healthier life for many years. Here are 6 habits that will transform your health from poor to great.
1. More Exercise
Getting more exercise on a daily basis is a really good thing to make your life better. Getting outside and doing physical activities will allow you to have more energy and make you feel better overall. Get outside, take a walk, go for a jog, and even taking the dogs for a walk will help ensure you feel a lot better and live a healthier, happier life overall.
2. Get Enough Sleep
Making sure you get enough sleep every night will help you feel better overall. You will feel refreshed in the morning and will be able to get things done the way you need and want to. Sleep is a wonderful thing because it refreshes your body and gives you the energy you need to get through your day.
3. Don’t Smoke
Smoking is a horrible habit. Although many people smoke cigarettes, they could turn to the new alternative of smoking which is vaping, or smoking e-cigarettesE-cigarettes are not as harmful as regular cigarettes and they still provide the nicotine you need to get through the day and slow down on smoking regular cigarettes which will eventually lead you to quit smoking altogether.Quitting smoking regular cigarettes will lead you to a better, healthier, and happier life altogether.
4. Eating Healthier Foods
You should also get into the habit of eating healthier foods including fresh fruits and vegetables more often. Fresh fruits and vegetables will help you feel better, healthier, and be happier for the rest of your life. You can get fresh fruits and vegetables by going to a local farm and buying them straight from there.
5. Think Positive All the Time
Thinking positive on a daily basis can provide you with a better life. Don’t let even a little bit of negativity into your thinking ever because once you do, you will start thinking like that all the time. Thinking positively can ensure you feel better about your life on a daily basis. It can overall make you a happier person who doesn’t let anything or anyone get in your way or make you feel bad about yourself.
6. Don’t do Drugs
Doing recreational drugs such as Crack Cocaine, Heroin, and any other hard drug can make you feel good at first but the withdrawals afterwards are not worth it. You will feel depressed, shaky, unable to concentrate, and overall bad. You will get sick, vomit, and experience bad diarrhea. It is definitely not worth feeling this way when coming down from any type of drug. Not only this but if you consume too much of it, you will get addicted to it, and even overdose from it eventually. Overall, saying no to any type of drug and staying away from it can ensure a better, happier, and healthier life for yourself.

An Evening Dinner At Chef Chew Kitchen, Petaling Jaya

BACK TO SG. BULOH for a couple of days.... Come evening, we went for dinner at Chef Chew Kitchen in Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya.  Since it was my first time there, I did not know what to expect except to sit back, relax and eat.  LOL... It is a one shop lot restaurant so tables are very limited.  Reservation was made at 6pm to be on the safe side, to avoid crowds and waiting for food was very minimized at this time of the day.  For the seven of us, these dishes were served on the table... Thumbs up even before the dinner...  And soon these are served...  Claypot braised ribs...  Their signature dish... Fish Maw...  First time eating fish maw which is whitish in colour...  Black Beancurd with Pumpkin sauce... Hey, this restaurant indeed serves new to me! This must be Sweet Sauce Chicken... For the American... Cos we Asians like Steamed Chicken like this!  LOL...  And the star dish of the dinner is this...  Freshly steamed and succulent prawns

Our Orders From Afghanistan, Spanish And Australia

My Final post on the Food Festival in the Victoria Market on Wednesday night.... The atmosphere at the market was "enhanced" by the cheerful songs and music by a group band... It was indeed a merry evening filled with music-licous folk songs in the air... . Ok, how to find four seats in this crowd.... hmmmm....... Somehow we managed to... and these were what my boys brought back to our table.... Mexican rice with oysters... or is it Spanish rice?   Both are the same, I guess... LOL.... Afghanistan Food.... chunks of chicken meat with naan.... Brazilian food.... don't ask me what it is.... I just ate what was on the table....  But I am amazed by this giant burger....  ..... and what burger is this? They told me it is Crocodile Tail Burger! Meat from the crocodile tail?  Is it just a name or what... I really don't know... Took a few bites of it... and I am full!! Well, these were the food we

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...  Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch
