Authentic Food At Yee Lock Restaurant, Ipoh

BEEN EATING OUT FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF NIGHTS... The day my friend told me that the Popiah in Yee Lock restaurant was "fantastic", the images of the "popiah" kept haunting my mind... To satisfy my cravings, I suggested that we must have our dinner at Yee Lock one evening!  And so we did one fine evening... and besides the Popiah, we ordered some other side dishes to fulfill our hunger.  There were three of us and we ordered a bit "overflowing"....

The Popiah came first.... the skin was very soft and the fillings were to the brim...
Nowadays each cost RM2.50!
Each bite might cost 50 sen... LOL...
Then the fried noodles came....
Tasty enough... with the "smell of the wok"
Oh, my friend saw patrons eating these...
Escargots and also known as "snails" in simple English... LOL...
Dinner for three persons....
For the three plates, the price came to RM33...
Overflowing with Food, right!
Just eat... and be full....

Then a few nights later, I went there again...
This time I ordered a bowl koay teow to go with the below...

Bean sprouts....
And a plate of chicken thigh... all in cost RM12....
Oh yeah, I ordered Popiah again... 2 for RM5...
After this order, it will be a long while when I next eat this again....
Enough is enough....
Now I need to shed off some "fats" here and there...
LOL...
