A Homely Confinement Dishes At No. 2, Canning Garden

SUNDAY EVENING DINNER AT NO. 2...
Before going to church, Nancy and hubby came to pick me up for dinner.  Initially we have planned to go to the Foodcourt in Ipoh Garden and I had thought of eating chicken rice there, though it was not really what I wanted.  LOL...  The food court is actually last choice in my mind, all the food there is not what I love to take but out of convenience, I will just eat and go.  Since our church service starts at 8pm, the food court nearby is The choice.  Even before my friends came and pick me up, I decided that I would eat chicken rice just to fill up my stomach....

However.. to my great delight, Nancy's hubby suggested going to No. 2 for dinner!   Yay... that is a much better choice anytime!  Since we were a bit early, our dinner place was still vacant... but by the time we finished our dinner, the place was full so we have to go to make place for other patrons.  We reached our church half an hour early..... :)  Anyway, the dinner was fabulous....so much better than what I have expected...

This is the place... I called it No. 2 and it is on the main road in Canning Garden....
We have to press the bell to enter... Security is "tight" here...
Can eat in peace....
A very homely concept....
There are cakes and fresh juices on sale now...
The last time I came, I don't remember seeing this section....
For the three of us, we ordered these four dishes....
Egg plants with mince meat....
Four angled beans...
Sweet and sour pork ribs....
Chicken cooked with wine...
A confinement dish which I love very much!
And small portion of brown rice for each of us....
The total bill came to around RM53 plus drinks....
Thank you my friend for the yummy and homely dinner!
