7 Tips for Achieving Clear Skin

There are a number of things that you can do to achieve clear skin, including:

1. Consuming Fresh Foods And Plenty Of Water

The foods and drinks that you consume will impact your skin a great deal. The best thing you can do for your skin and your body is making sure that you are eating wholesome, fresh produce and plenty of water while avoiding fast foods and processed foods. Put together a diet that includes nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables, fish and lean meats while limiting the fats, sugar, salt, and additives in many processed foods today. This will help to give your skin a variety of nutrients to stay clear and healthy, The water works to hydrate your skin while helping to flush out the body's toxins. If you do not want to give up salt, you can look for alternatives to table salt such as sea salt. Coconut sugar, raw honey, and maple syrup are also great alternatives to processed sugar.

2. Avoid Prolonged Sun Exposure

While having some sun exposure is good for your body to bring in Vitamin D, having too much sun can cause damage over time. Be sure that you use sunscreen and pay attention to how long you have been out in the sun. You can also wear a hat to help protect your skin. Overexposure to the sun can lead to things like premature aging and skin cancer, which makes the risks very high. If you have marks then look at this post from Dore Aesthetics.

3. Remove Your Makeup At Night

While some people may forget this step or ignore it completely, removing your makeup and cleansing your skin is best when you want to have a clearer complexion. The makeup when left on the skin can lead to a build-up of dirt and bacteria that can lead to clogged pores.

4. Use The Right Cleanser

The last thing that you want to do is end up using a soap that is too harsh on your skin. Any standard household soap will always be too harsh for the face, so look for a gentle cleanser that you can use on your face both morning and night. The good news is that there are many options today for people with sensitive skin that will still help to remove bacteria and dirt for clear skin without any sort of reaction.

5. Be Mindful Of Spreading Bacteria

Anything that comes into contact with your face on a regular basis should be cleaned to keep the levels of bacteria low. Always wash your makeup brushes and try not to touch your face using your hands throughout the day, as this can transfer the germs that are on your hands to your face.

6. Skin Exfoliation

You need to remember that proper exfoliation is crucial for healthy, clear skin. When you exfoliate regularly using natural ingredients or products, you can remove the dead skin from the pores. This will then pave the way for the fresh, new skin to shine and allow for your moisturizer to soak deeper into the skin for the best possible result.

7. The Power Of Lemon Juice

You will find that lemon juice is loaded with ingredients that are wonderful for cleaning and toning your skin. It works to break up and remove the bacteria for fresh, clear skin. Simply take a tablespoon of fresh-squeezed lemon juice and mix with a tablespoon each of honey and sour cream. Apply to your face and let sit for about ten minutes before rinsing off with fresh water. You can then use your facorite moisturizer or you can use your own lemon juice mask made from a mashed avocado and another tablespoon of lemon juice for an extra step of pampering for your skin.

Three Hours City Tour At Ensenada, Mexico

A THREE HOURS CITY TOUR when we embarked in Mexico on the second morning.   My sister booked the three hours city tour in Ensenada, Mexico, a van came to pick us up from the port.  Ensenada is the border of Mexico and it reminds me of Hatyai, a border town too between Malaysia and Thailand.  We were taken to a shopping area where we must haggle for the goods.  LOL.. Yes, something common in my own country... Anyway, we did not buy anything for ourselves... just a wooden handmade truck for my grandson which cost $8usd.   Nothing much to shout about on this three hours excursion, I was so sleepy on the way back to the ship that I dozed off and only awaken when we were driven through the town.  All in all, I just wanted to step onto Mexican soil and I would give this a miss if I were to go on this Mexico cruise again.  LOL... At the open area shopping walking towards the Blowhole... This is La Bufadora Blowhole, an amazing natural marine geyser that is capable of shooting water over 60 fe

The Good, The Bad But Not Ugly

MISSING AND NOW BACK IN ACTION...  I checked back my last post and it was 8 March last month and today is 19 April, less than two months only.  So what has been happening in my life?  Lots and lots... good news, bad news, sad news... all concerning health and I guess this is our life cycle as we live day by day.   My health is also not that "fantastic" during the past few months, but mine is a small rock compared to giant boulder which my best buddy is undergoing... I guess some of you know what is happening to her from her blog posts.  I was totally devastated when this happened to her, my tears couldn't help falling and my heart goes out to her.  I am ashamed to say that instead of me giving the comfort that she needs, I am the one that have been receiving her strength in times like this.  She might be crushed physically but she is not broken in her spiritual mind and soul.  One word... "Unbreakable!"  She is a shining example..... "What can death do to m

Exploring The Sea Cruise Royal Caribbean

CRUISING ALONG.... Once we deposited our bags in our cabins, we had our buffet meal at the Hammerjack restaurant and exactly at 4pm, we heard a loud Horn signal...  ITS TIME TO SAIL ALONG THE PACIFIC OCEAN! And while the ship started to sail, we humans started to walk and explore.... to familarize ourselves inside the ship....  Elevators on each side of the ship....  Making my mark....  On another side....  We walked along to check out our food outlets... This Promenade Cafe  had became our regular joint .... We like to sit there enjoying our hot drinks and desserts... Free flow of food day and night.... Passing through the bars to the casino... The casino will open only when the ship is in international waters...  At one of the jackpot machines... I wonder if they are real?? But they are only $1 bundles... Then we went up to the highest floor.... The swimming deck.... Taken against the sun.... Nice sunset in the evening.... The Happy Trio!
