5 Tips to keeping your skin blemish-free

Once you hit puberty, most people are faced with the challenge of trying to maintain blemish free skin. With the appearance of blemishes comes the need to get rid of them, leading to the search for remedies that will combat the situation. Blemishes are caused for different reasons.

There are numerous options offered online which makes it harder to decide on one solution that will work perfectly without any side effects that might worsen the condition. It is possible to get back that clear skin that one once had without exposing yourself to more skin damage. There are ways that you can use to ensure that your skin is blemish free that will not lead to skin irritation or dryness. Here are some tips that you can use.

Cleanse your skin properly
For anyone with an oily skin, it is likely that they might be prone to acne and while most would think that over-cleansing the skin will get rid of the oil, the truth is that it only worsens the situation. It can lead to the skin, producing more oil to relieve the dryness caused.
The skin filters dirt and bacteria and caution should be taken to avoid drying out of the skin which results in flakes affecting aeration. Properly cleanse your skin by washing it twice daily using a mild cleanser after which you should use a soft cloth for skin exfoliation.

Wash your skin gently
Always ensure that you scrub your skin gently to prevent red blemishes from forming. Avoid using rough washcloths but if you must use a piece of cloth to scrub your skin, use one that is soft to avoid skin irritation.

Stop using chemicals
Numerous skin care products are available online making it difficult to determine which ones are safe to use and which ones are not. This risks the chances of purchasing products containing harsh chemicals that not only dry out the skin but also cause more serious skin problems.
Use products that are natural and gentle on your skin such as honey, tea tree oil among other natural remedies. Natural products lie honey has antimicrobial effects and help reduce spots. Use devices like the vacuum blackhead remover to suck out blackheads and remove any dead skin.

Wash your face every night and morning
The skin is always exposed and when it comes into contact with bacteria and dirt, this might lead to acne. Always wash your skin at the end of the day before going to bed and after waking up to prevent breakouts.

Change your beddings in every 3 to 4 days to avoid the accumulation of bacteria on the pillows which might cause further spread of bacteria. Hands carry a lot of germs and dirt. Do not touch your face with your bare hands without washing them first to avoid skin blemishes.

Be consistent
Having a blemish-free skin is possible, though it doesn’t happen overnight. Consistency is everything in anything that one does expecting results. Once you start a skin cleansing routine, stick to it every day.

Caring for your skin doesn’t have to be hard and with the proper care and maintenance, you can have a blemish free skin.

Three Hours City Tour At Ensenada, Mexico

A THREE HOURS CITY TOUR when we embarked in Mexico on the second morning.   My sister booked the three hours city tour in Ensenada, Mexico, a van came to pick us up from the port.  Ensenada is the border of Mexico and it reminds me of Hatyai, a border town too between Malaysia and Thailand.  We were taken to a shopping area where we must haggle for the goods.  LOL.. Yes, something common in my own country... Anyway, we did not buy anything for ourselves... just a wooden handmade truck for my grandson which cost $8usd.   Nothing much to shout about on this three hours excursion, I was so sleepy on the way back to the ship that I dozed off and only awaken when we were driven through the town.  All in all, I just wanted to step onto Mexican soil and I would give this a miss if I were to go on this Mexico cruise again.  LOL... At the open area shopping walking towards the Blowhole... This is La Bufadora Blowhole, an amazing natural marine geyser that is capable of shooting water over 60 fe

Exploring The Sea Cruise Royal Caribbean

CRUISING ALONG.... Once we deposited our bags in our cabins, we had our buffet meal at the Hammerjack restaurant and exactly at 4pm, we heard a loud Horn signal...  ITS TIME TO SAIL ALONG THE PACIFIC OCEAN! And while the ship started to sail, we humans started to walk and explore.... to familarize ourselves inside the ship....  Elevators on each side of the ship....  Making my mark....  On another side....  We walked along to check out our food outlets... This Promenade Cafe  had became our regular joint .... We like to sit there enjoying our hot drinks and desserts... Free flow of food day and night.... Passing through the bars to the casino... The casino will open only when the ship is in international waters...  At one of the jackpot machines... I wonder if they are real?? But they are only $1 bundles... Then we went up to the highest floor.... The swimming deck.... Taken against the sun.... Nice sunset in the evening.... The Happy Trio!

The Good, The Bad But Not Ugly

MISSING AND NOW BACK IN ACTION...  I checked back my last post and it was 8 March last month and today is 19 April, less than two months only.  So what has been happening in my life?  Lots and lots... good news, bad news, sad news... all concerning health and I guess this is our life cycle as we live day by day.   My health is also not that "fantastic" during the past few months, but mine is a small rock compared to giant boulder which my best buddy is undergoing... I guess some of you know what is happening to her from her blog posts.  I was totally devastated when this happened to her, my tears couldn't help falling and my heart goes out to her.  I am ashamed to say that instead of me giving the comfort that she needs, I am the one that have been receiving her strength in times like this.  She might be crushed physically but she is not broken in her spiritual mind and soul.  One word... "Unbreakable!"  She is a shining example..... "What can death do to m
