A Balanced Diet To Healthy Living

With my "travel mode" on for the past few months, I have been busy going here and there.  Now after all the traveling, it is good to be back in back in my home sweet home again!  I have been busy getting my house cleaned up after my absence. I am also trying to do some healthy home cooking after consuming so much of arteries clogging food during my travel.

It is possible to lose a large amount of weight in a short amount of time. The way to do it is a combination of many things - diet, exercise, calorie deficit, etc. There are many weight loss diets that show results fast. As you all know from the postings on my blog, I have been savoring and indulging in lots of mouth-watering food for the past few months. Not only that, now that I am back in my hometown, I have been going out daily with my friends to "catch up" and eating all the local food which I have missed while I was away.  Needless to say, I have put on weight, not surprising since I have been eating too much and now is the time for me to shed some of my body fat.

Other than losing weight through dieting, there is another option for those who loves food as much as I do.  The solution is ultrasonic weight loss machine, a product using fat freezing that uses controlled freezing to eliminate stubborn fats that is not possible through dieting and exercise.  The advantages of using Lipo Freeze Body Sculpting Salon Equipment are as follows:-

1. Cool and comfortable, painless;
2. No need for surgical operation, no wound;
3. No anesthesia and no pinholes;
4. Safety, no recovery period;
5. An average of 20% fat could be reduced.

Another product is called Body Massage Machine which is also used to control the cryopreservation effect, and cryopreservation subcutaneous adipocytes with high efficiency and precision.  It can also reduce fats without side effects, according to the website here.

Having said that, it is best that we resort to natural dieting. A typical meal day consists of a combination of food, all meant to give you the requisite calories. Breakfast is mostly simple - toast, sometimes with egg, sometimes with peanut butter or a banana. Lunch is toast again with tuna, and coffee. Dinner has treats like ice cream, apple, banana and food like beans and meat. As the week progresses, food alternates among cottage cheese, hot dogs, carrots, broccoli, cheddar and crackers. Pretty simple and still effective.  For those who do not have time to cook at home, have no worries, now you can have healthy food delivery services right to your door.  No more dirty dishes and pans to wash and at the same time, healthy food served right to your home without any hassle.

An Evening Dinner At Chef Chew Kitchen, Petaling Jaya

BACK TO SG. BULOH for a couple of days.... Come evening, we went for dinner at Chef Chew Kitchen in Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya.  Since it was my first time there, I did not know what to expect except to sit back, relax and eat.  LOL... It is a one shop lot restaurant so tables are very limited.  Reservation was made at 6pm to be on the safe side, to avoid crowds and waiting for food was very minimized at this time of the day.  For the seven of us, these dishes were served on the table... Thumbs up even before the dinner...  And soon these are served...  Claypot braised ribs...  Their signature dish... Fish Maw...  First time eating fish maw which is whitish in colour...  Black Beancurd with Pumpkin sauce... Hey, this restaurant indeed serves new to me! This must be Sweet Sauce Chicken... For the American... Cos we Asians like Steamed Chicken like this!  LOL...  And the star dish of the dinner is this...  Freshly steamed and succulent prawns

Our Orders From Afghanistan, Spanish And Australia

My Final post on the Food Festival in the Victoria Market on Wednesday night.... The atmosphere at the market was "enhanced" by the cheerful songs and music by a group band... It was indeed a merry evening filled with music-licous folk songs in the air... . Ok, how to find four seats in this crowd.... hmmmm....... Somehow we managed to... and these were what my boys brought back to our table.... Mexican rice with oysters... or is it Spanish rice?   Both are the same, I guess... LOL.... Afghanistan Food.... chunks of chicken meat with naan.... Brazilian food.... don't ask me what it is.... I just ate what was on the table....  But I am amazed by this giant burger....  ..... and what burger is this? They told me it is Crocodile Tail Burger! Meat from the crocodile tail?  Is it just a name or what... I really don't know... Took a few bites of it... and I am full!! Well, these were the food we

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...  Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch
