Food To Eat In Penang

TRIP TO PENANG...

After a week's rest in Ipoh, our next trip took us to Penang.  I drove my two guests up and we stayed in Jen Hotel right in town to our own convenience.  We were supposed to stay two nights but due to some matters we have to deal with, we stayed another night more.  That certainly is good news to me, more food to tummy in!  I did not take all the pictures of where we ate, just a selective few... I am afraid that the more I post up, the more eager I will make another trip again!!  LOL....

During this trip, we have to make fusion meals, Asian for lunch and Western food for dinner, comfort food for us Asians in the day and comfort food for my American brother-in-law in the evening.  Yes, we compromised, this way, all are happy!  LOL...

Here are some of the food places we went to...

113, Lebuh Melayu for Koay Teow Th'ng...
Duck meat...
Our Asian comfort food... LOL..
And during the evening...
We had our dinner at Feringgi Garden...
Mushroom soup..
Fish and Chips for the American...
Plus this drink... oh dear, I forgot the name...
Coffee with Cognac... if I am not mistaken...
This is his comfort food!
His satisfying grin!
He loves satay too...
And I shared this with my sister... Asian food for us...
This is for me...
Laksa at Taman Emas...
With lots of fish...
At E & O for dinner buffet...
My "dainty" appetizer to start off the dinner...
