Circus Acts to Hire

There are popular circus acts that have withstood the test of time. Since your grandparents are young, they might be familiar with some of the shows whenever a show comes in town. Up until today, even with the rise of modern technology and the internet, circus acts are still thriving.
Many people can’t simply resist the magic and charm that the circus can give them. The term came from the word cirque which means circle.
If you want to know the popular circus acts, here are some of them:

1. Sideshows
This often features people who have unusual appearances. You might have heard of visiting mermaids that came from unheard of islands. There are dwarves and giants that you can often see on sideshows. In the past, the sideshows often showcase people with disabilities and oddities, you might not see them often today. The performers are now trying to give a message of acceptance as well as entertainment. Today, many people are more entertained than getting amazed with sideshows.

2. Animal Stunts
You can see lions and tigers jumping on fires, elephants riding cycles, and many other animals that do tricks in the circus. In the past, these animals were said to be abused by the trainers. Fortunately, today, there are a lot of them that know how to treat the animals in good condition. There are also known laws and measures that can protect animals from accidents and abuse. When it comes to animal stunts, the equestrian stunts are an exciting example since riders perform various body tricks while riding a horse.

3. Acrobatics
A circus is not complete without acrobat performers. These people aim to amaze their audience by performing dangerous tricks. There are people who excel in tumbling and gymnastics that can make the show worthwhile. The acrobatics can be composed of a couple of performers or a single performer. Some of them used horses as props in the past. They often perform somersaults while riding the horse. You might still see this classic act in some shows today such as the one with Circus Uncertainty. You can visit the right site for more details about the current acts that are available.

4. Clowns
You might not call the show a circus if there are no clowns on it. Although clowns may be creepy for some people due to a lot of deaths and issues surrounding it, they still exist in order to entertain a lot of audiences in the centuries. They make the people laugh by bumping into each other, performing various acrobats, and speaking in funny dialogues. The silly performances are still their trademarks even if years have already passed.

5. Elephant Acts
Because of too many animal rights and abuse with regards to elephants, many circus shows decide to retire the exotic creatures. However, in some of the shows who were able to pass the strict standards of the animal welfare act, you might still be lucky to find an elephant who can pick up coins through its trunks. Living with elephants can put trainers at risk though. There are still accidents and injuries that can happen because elephants can simply be too big to handle.

6. Juggling
Some people frequently associate juggling with clowns. But this is not the case for all. There are some circus performers who can amaze the audience with their abilities to juggle without getting into clown costumes. For more information about juggles, please visit this site here: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/juggle. There are performers who can initially juggle four balls or pins in the air, and they can add two or three more. This can make the audience getting excited and restless. Others put danger into the show by juggling knives or darts.
These are just some of the circus acts that still exist even if centuries have already passed. Just expect that there are a lot of differences between the shows in the past and the circus acts of the present. If you are looking for some entertainment that is unmatched, you can get off from your computer screen for a day or two and watch an actual circus performance.
The shows have withstood the test of time because they are truly unique and entertaining. Even if you spend just an hour in watching a circus performance, you will be assured that you will never regret it. Grab tickets today and see for yourself why these classic shows are still being performed by circuses today.

Three Hours City Tour At Ensenada, Mexico

A THREE HOURS CITY TOUR when we embarked in Mexico on the second morning.   My sister booked the three hours city tour in Ensenada, Mexico, a van came to pick us up from the port.  Ensenada is the border of Mexico and it reminds me of Hatyai, a border town too between Malaysia and Thailand.  We were taken to a shopping area where we must haggle for the goods.  LOL.. Yes, something common in my own country... Anyway, we did not buy anything for ourselves... just a wooden handmade truck for my grandson which cost $8usd.   Nothing much to shout about on this three hours excursion, I was so sleepy on the way back to the ship that I dozed off and only awaken when we were driven through the town.  All in all, I just wanted to step onto Mexican soil and I would give this a miss if I were to go on this Mexico cruise again.  LOL... At the open area shopping walking towards the Blowhole... This is La Bufadora Blowhole, an amazing natural marine geyser that is capable of shooting water over 60 fe

Exploring The Sea Cruise Royal Caribbean

CRUISING ALONG.... Once we deposited our bags in our cabins, we had our buffet meal at the Hammerjack restaurant and exactly at 4pm, we heard a loud Horn signal...  ITS TIME TO SAIL ALONG THE PACIFIC OCEAN! And while the ship started to sail, we humans started to walk and explore.... to familarize ourselves inside the ship....  Elevators on each side of the ship....  Making my mark....  On another side....  We walked along to check out our food outlets... This Promenade Cafe  had became our regular joint .... We like to sit there enjoying our hot drinks and desserts... Free flow of food day and night.... Passing through the bars to the casino... The casino will open only when the ship is in international waters...  At one of the jackpot machines... I wonder if they are real?? But they are only $1 bundles... Then we went up to the highest floor.... The swimming deck.... Taken against the sun.... Nice sunset in the evening.... The Happy Trio!

First Day In The Royal Caribbean Cruise To Mexico

ROW ROW ROW YOUR BOAT.... gently down the sea....  Royal Caribbean, it is my second time following this giant vessel, the first time was from Singapore to Phuket, that was a very nice cruise.  So when my son mentioned that he found a good deal online, this time to Mexico, I agreed without hesitation.  Let's Go! A three nights stay with food and lodging only cost around $250 per person with at least one senior in per room.  Meals were either buffet style or fine dining, we can choose and cafes were opened 24 hours for us to rest and relax.  How not to resist... LOL...  And so here we are... just one week after landing in US, I was on the sea....  Looks small from afar...  It was a giant vessel with at least 14 floors.... On the way to embarking after Custom Clearance...  Our room for the next three nights....  Small and cosy.... And adjoining to my son's family room through a door...  The one with balcony cost a bit more...  A short briefing about safety after we checked in....
