From San Francisco To Aberdeen

HERE THEY COME!!

My sister and her husband landed in Aberdeen in the evening after a five hours transit in Dublin.  Their journey from San Francisco took 12 hours plus 5 hours transit and then another one hour plus flight to Aberdeen, meaning total of nearly 19 hours!  Almost the same number of hours as mine... and all the time I thought it is nearer for them to fly over.  Anyway.... all is good, they arrived safely and this is all that counts.

The very next morning after a good night's rest, Aaron dropped us at Union Square and we had a good walk around the mall.  Had a simple lunch at Nando's, I was surprised when they told me that they had never tried Nando before in US.  hahaha..
One whole chicken with two sides and two bottomless soft drinks cost 20.95 pounds..
Relaxing lunch...

Then from Union Square, we took a long walk back to our place...
It was drizzling at certain parts...
And we stopped here and there to take pictures...
Weather was 5 degrees celsius...
Freezing indeed but someone doesn't look like it!

  1. Looks like a great place to eat. Lots of yummy nourishment for the weary travelers...

  2. One whole corn on the cob, that's the way to do it! The place in my blog today, they give you a spoonful of canned Ligo sweet corn kernels. So cheapskate, no class at all.
