Saturday Morning Meal

SATURDAY 4.4.20....

Woke up at 9am with an active cooking mode on!   Took out flour, yeast and measuring cups... yes, I wanted to make Steamed Dumplings!  No, not yet, not in this post... this post is about my breakfast before I started on the making-of-dumplings... LOL....

I wanted to have full energy first before starting to make the dumpling so I quickly cooked this plate of noodles to fill up my tummy on this day. 

My ingredients for the toppings consist of minced meat, dried prawns, ginger, garlic and chili.  I sauteed them and leave them one side.  Next I blanched the greens and the noodles after that.  Then after everything is cooked, I mixed the minced meat and the noodles together in the pot so that everything has well mixed. 
To kill the urge of wanton noodles which has been on my mind for several days...
Food is ready.... 
Best time to eat is to sit in front of the TV watching Gossip Girl!
