A Good Sleep To Healthy Life

When it comes to living a better and healthier life, there are things you have to do and not do to transform your health from poor to great. There are many things you can do to ensure greater health for yourself. Living a healthier life has many advantages. You will feel better, look better, and just have an overall happy and healthier life for many years.

Here are some healthy tips to have a happy lifestyle:

Exercise
Getting more exercise on a daily basis is a really good thing to make your life better. Getting outside and doing physical activities will allow you to have more energy and make you feel better overall. Get outside, take a walk, go for a jog, and even taking the dogs for a walk will help ensure you feel a lot better and live a healthier, happier life overall.
Managing your diet
Our diets have a huge effect on the way we live our lives. While healthy diets can help us lose weight, improve our skin and make us feel happier, forcing your diet could make you grumpy. Pushing yourself to eat food you dislike and downing caffeinated drinks all day is a quick way to becoming easily irritated. Make sure you’re managing your diet properly and include plenty of water to flush the body of toxins, and don’t force yourself into a certain diet regime if it’s making you unhappy. Even if your goal is to lose weight by cutting calories, you’re going to get grumpy and eventually binge on food because you’re not happy with your diet. In short, keep an eye on your diet so that it doesn’t make you grumpy.
Getting Enough Sleep
Sleep is surprisingly powerful when it comes to managing your irritation. More sleep means that you’re less fatigued, and less fatigue means you’re more likely to handle situations in a calm and relaxed manner by making good decisions. Making sure you get enough sleep every night will help you feel better overall. You will feel refreshed in the morning and will be able to get things done the way you need and want to. Sleep is a wonderful thing because it refreshes your body and gives you the energy you need to get through your day.
When it comes to buying quality sheets, there are some certain criteria to look into, such as the thread count, the material and the pricing that comes with them.  If you are going to look for one which fit the above requirements, you will going to love Supima sheets.  Supima is a superior trademarked brand which comes from the type of Pima cotton which is known for its strength, softness and comfort.

Four important qualities can be found in Supima cotton.
1.  Breathable - the fabric is so fine and lightweight making it the perfect option for those who loves to sleep warm and feeling cool at the same time.
2.  Durable - Supima sheets are twice as strong as the regular cotton, making it more resistant to tearing, pilling and fading.
3.  Softer - the silkier feel due to the fine weave in Supima sheets.
4.  Environmental Friendly - the cotton are naturally grown

The more tired we are, the harder it is to focus or make rational judgements.  People that are deprived of sleep are more likely to lash out at others and there's a good chance that it will negatively affect your life.  Having said that, we should get a very good bed to accommodate our body needs.  Bed might be just a three letter word but it is signified to being one of the most important daily item in our life.  What makes a bed, is it the high quality cooling memory foam or hybrid mattress that you have invested.  Whichever type you have bought, it might not be a good bed if you do not have the quality sheets to go with it. Thus, your bedsheet might be the reason why you 're not able to get quality sleep, so take a look at Supima for more details and reviews.

Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner At San Jose 2022

TABLE FOR FOUR... We had our own reunion Chinese New Year dinner on Monday evening.... we made a simple one, just hot pot at home.  All we have to do is to clean the vegetables, get everything defrosted... and the hot pot boiling with a packet of seasoning.  They sell a lot of hot pot seasoning over here, from tomato soup to shrimp and chicken soup, I just threw in the whole packet of paste.  No doubt not so healthy but it is so easily done....  As usual, Chinese New Year won't be CNY without a plate of Loe Sang...  No crackers so I put in a few pieces of Tacos... LOL... Most important is the sauce....  The apricot, plum sauce and honey makes it right.... And our dishes for the evening..... We ate too much shrimps the day before so we omitted for this evening.... Simple and yet satisfying meal for our Reunion Dinner....

Cookies For Chinese New Year 2022 In San Jose

MISSING IN BLOGGING AGAIN.... this has become a norm now ever since I arrived to this continental... LOL... Now I understand the word of Full Commitment when it comes to taking care of baby... seriously, I have to be fully commited and occupied by this little cheeky fella who is now going to be his 10th month soon.  Wow... time flies, when I first came, he was just slightly over four months... that being said, it is soon time fo rme to pack my bags and leave.  LOL... My 6 months being a babysitter is soon over... and did I say I can hardly wait?  NO, NO... I love my job here and I am going to miss my baby tremendously!  I only don't miss his cries!  LOL...  OK, by the time I write this post, Chinese New Year is over, it is now the 4th day of CNY.  Two days before the Lunar New Year, my daughter-in-law and I cooperated fully and baked a few types of cookies.  Looking back at these pictures, I dare say that we did a good job... not on the cookies but at least we had a great time bond

Buffet Lunch At Baccanal Caesar Palace Hotel, Las Vegas

BUFFET LUNCH... We made reservation for a nice buffet a week before we came to Las Vegas, the buffet is one of its kind in Caesar Palace, Baccanal is the name of the restaurant.  My kids were saying that we must have at least one good and memorable meal while here in Las Vegas and they chose the seafood buffet.  It cost around $90 per pax and being Asians, sure we would be attracted to just seafood!  Alaska Crabs... hairy crabs....lobster claws..  clams etc etc...  Oh, I did not take much photos on what we ate, just too busy stuffing in and to take out the camera with dirty hands and all.  LOL.... Just the initial stage and after that, it was all about eating and eating... oh, by the way, they only allowed 90 minutes in the restaurant, but I don't think they timed anyone... LOL.. Anyway, we took that amount of time to finish our food, sipping free champayne and mocktail too.  What a scrumptious meal... from mains to desserts, I think we only had one meal done for that day itself...
