Early Spicy Breakfast

WOKE UP LATE...  supposed to go out at 7.20am with my neighbour but my alarm did not go off so I could not make it on time.  Quickly called my neighbour to wait ten minutes to get myself ready.. aiyah...

And off we went to town to make reservation for roasted pork leg and roasted pork, reserved for Chinese New Year which is three weeks away.  Good food needs to book, so it seems here in Ipoh.  The roasted pork boss knows my neighbour well and before we left, he gave us a packet of roasted pork for breakfast.  LOL....

We had breakfast at Villas, in another part of town.  Breakfast this morning was so so, the curry noodles was too spicy for me.  I ordered a plate of economy noodles to "pacify" the spicyness in my body.

RM3 for a plate ....
Goes well with the roasted pork....
All the fats!!
No wonder I am now on cholesterol meds!
My neighbour ordered beef noodles....
RM10 which is a good deal with so much toppings!
Another friend ordered their dry curry version....RM7
Oh, the curry soup was also RM7....
No more ordering that... too spicy for me...
Breakfast for 4 persons....
Definitely will not be going back here for awhile... a long while...

  1. Maybe with the cholesterol meds, you will not have to watch your diet much! I hope you are tolerating them well!

  2. Nowadays I can't even eat all the noodles on one serving. Need to share with another eater. I also cannot eat too spicy food.

  3. The beef noodle soup at RM10 per bowl with generous toppings is so worth it. Wah! I want the roast pork. LOL!
