Proper Way To Losing Weight

When I put on my skirt this morning, to my dismay, it was so much tighter than the last time I wore it.  Oh gosh, have I put on so much weight?  Or perhaps my skirt has shrunk?  But I know it is entirely my fault.  I can only blame myself because I did not practise “self control” on my snacks intake for a period of time.  In fact I did go for my “short” walks but that did not burn enough calories on what I have consumed.
Frankly I do not encourage buying online medical prescription.  If there is no other choice however, we have to be very careful to purchasing them online.  Lets say for instance, if we were to buy phentermine online, we need to educate ourselves first.  Whether the effects of cutting down weight are safe or not, there are certain guidelines to follow.  If there is no monitoring from medical professionals, there might be some serious contraindications that will lead to poor reactions when we consume them with other drugs.
To lose or weight, it is always best to go for the natural effects, such as exercising regularly to sweat profusely, food taken moderately, cutting down on fried stuff, drink more fresh fruit juices or water and lead a healthy lifestyle by sleeping early and getting up early to a fresh new morning.  That is the best remedy for healthy living!

My Biggest Fan, Pete ...

This post is about this BOY who is now my Big Blogger Fan.... ever since he was featured not too long ago, he has become "addicted" to my blog... ahem.... hahahhaa.... he reads it without fail each day.  Each time he sees me, he will give comment to what I have written the day before...

Though he has reached 13, he is still a child at heart. He is adorable, he is cute, he is fun to be with, he makes us laugh... he is my mother's pet but he still gets his "spankings" every now and then from my mum... spankings with love, I used to say because each spank from her is like a Prick to her heart.
I name him Pete, Pete...
 Pete...kidding around
smallest in our family but biggest when it comes to size..
 Pete... spoiling my picture...

Pete ... after 3 plates of wanton noodles...
Pete... being "mobbed"
Pete... being "harassed"
Pete... "taking precaution"
 Pete... having fun with grandma....
Pete... looking filial...

Tests And Samples

Ever heard of paternity tests?  I have never heard of it until now.  Let me share briefly, it is written here that a paternity test is to determine whether a man is the biological father of a child.  This home paternity test is to collect DNA samples at our own pace and time, it saves the hassle of going to the hospital to queue up.
Well, I guess this is something unusual that not every tom, dick or harry will get one for their household.  This only happens when it involves custody or adoption of kids.  Anyway, this is something new I learn today..

Here We Are At Tranchell Street, Menglembu

After the laksa, our high tea meal in Gunong Rapat, we made a drive to the west of Ipoh, that is the Menglembu. Another part of Ipoh, going to the coastal way, we had our dinner in Tranchell Street, Menglembu.

It has been a long while since we had been there especially in the evening. I am not too familiar with the roads in that part of the town but I think it is quite easy to locate the "wai sik" street. (Food Street)
the most busy moments in the evening..
Tranchell Street, Menglembu..
they have mixed porridge (chu chap)
kueh kak
er...how to describe this...
rice flour fried with eggs, bean sprouts... etc...
this is the best I have tasted so far...
mini-sized wan ton noodles..
my nephew took 3 plates to satisfy his hunger....
RM1.20 per plate
they have sweet desserts too... RM1 per bowl...(30cents usd)
fish balls at 20sen for one....here only RM3 ($1usd)
"our cramped food"
one word of advice...
please choose a bigger table if there are more than 4 person..
one bowl of wanton noodles only cost RM2.40
this is the stall...
unfortunately Honey Chicken shop was closed yesterday
heard this is good too!
along the street, they have dim sum for sale...
curry noodles, hor hee and a few other stalls which

Free Sauna In Gunung Rapat

This afternoon my friends called me up for "hi-tea" plus sauna, I readily agreed.... At around 2pm, they came and fetched me and off we went for our so-called high tea + sauna... hahaha....
After some fifteen minutes drive or so, turning left and right,
we reached our destination...
So ... this is the place where the fun begins... hahaha...
 Gunung Rapat Hi-Tea + Sauna...
Surprised to see big cars customers here leh....
I was intrigued by this bench...
benches was a norm those days..
no fan... no air con....
just a DIY canvas tent...
and yet... people do come by....
the stall manned by husband and wife...
famous for their laksa and their home-made beancurd...
My friends praised their home-made beancurd...
it is a MUST-try thingy...
Well, all I can say....
I will enjoy the Laksa much better....
If....I eat it in my own home under the ceiling fan or air conditioner....
Unless I really want to sweat it out.... and that was what happened....
Really *SWEAT* after finishing this bowl of Laksa....
Just like in a Sauna..... LOL....

Ipoh Went To Kuala Lumpur

I dedicate this post to my fellow friends in Kuala Lumpur. Let me say this... Ipoh is not food haven as it was those days in the 1970s, 80s or 90s.... I cannot deny that Ipoh is famous for its food but this is already an understatement these days.

For those living in KL, I envy you all now... so many blogs I have read and most of them display a lot of newly invented dishes in their posts... I think the best cooks have gone to KL, eh.... am I right? (Exported!)

I almost forgotten about these pictures which I took some time ago when I was in KL... my brother took us to try this Ipoh Road Yong Tau Foo and looking at these pictures now, I wish I could be there tonight, this very minute!!
My gosh.... I love all of these varieties...
One dish like this is so well balanced...
crispy fried beancurd with fish paste!
can you resist that??
brinjals (eggplant) stuffed with fish paste...

my goodness...they have sambal steamed kembong fish too!
did you see that??
for kids, fish balls are a Must!
Oh Me Oh My!
sigh....

taken with this simple chee cheong fun
Steamed flat noodles...
so.... tell me..... Is KL food best now????
I think I will make a trip this month...
Must find an excuse going down south...
Can we organize a bloggers' meet up there?
LOL.....

Something Wrong With Me?

I stared at the monitor, the monitor glared back at me... guess my mind is totally blank tonight... oh, how could it be?  There must be something in my mind, right?  But right now, it is totally blank....

Nothing important or worrisome actually.... maybe some issues not settled...

Taking a break off blogging tonight... something is just not right but I don't know what it is at the moment..... confusing...

Why are ladies so like that???  They never stop multi-tasking, do they?
