Briefly about Jelapang, its some kilometres away from Ipoh...it is a small village whereby it is popular with rojak, but mind u, no air con shops or even coffeeshops to cater for these... just road side stalls and it might be tastier cos of added 'spices' from the main road...ha ha ...

The rojak gravy is great over there. But overall, Jelapang ....sigh... too kampung, not my cup of tea.

ReplyDeleteRe-your comment on babies. They're babies whom my daughter assisted in being delivered and soon to be transferred to the nursery. That was taken when she was still a medical intern and hopefully be a certified doctor IF she passes the boards this August.

yes, Jeromefo...Jelapang was famous for its tin mine during those days...actually not too far.. just 15 min from town... staying in a place like ipoh, it doesnt take long to reach a certain place..
ReplyDeleteThis yumyum tree reminds me about the one in Pasir Pinji with very delish yongtaufoo & fried noodles! They have now relocated to a proper shop, which aint as fun as it used to be - i want the TREE!
