My house is very near to sunnyville, 3 minutes driving. My aunt used to have a unit there, but sold it few years ago. anyway, do you live in ipoh or penang?

ReplyDeletewow, u mean nowadays rents can fetch so high ka.. kao sai, my apt near lip sin / supertanker, we only got $550 nia. high rise, with pool, gym and tennis. we let the agent handle one. rent to students in usm for years liao.

nice condo claire. My hubby was offered many times to buy a condo in my home country Philippines. It was nice condo and of course the price also expensive but he prefer to buy house and lot than having an expnsive condo. Condo attracts me but having a vacation house is the best. Renting condo for short or long term is not bad at all as long as we can afford.
