The Hot Versus The Cool...

THIS MORNING I didn't know what to order when we went out for breakfast. I sat there and waited for my colleague to order first.... AND when her curry mee came... wow... I know what I wanted then....


but after eating, regretted.. it was so spicy and hot...
(I have to say "welcome" to my pimplefren)


well, someone said prevention is better than cure...
I quickly ate one dragon fruit...hopefully it sort of "contra" off the heat....


Recently written somewhere, (I forgot which) dragon fruits is an anti-cancerous fruit as in kiwi fruit too, both looking alike, must be from the same family... both having spotty black dots on them..
