Mooncakes Shopping At Ming Yue Confectionery, Pasir Pinji, Ipoh

Time really passes fast... soon a very delightful weekend has come to an end... from Friday till Sunday, we had a good time together... a few of us are old classic friends from the 1970s... hahahaa....

Our itinerary started when my friend arrived at Ipoh Railway Station at around noon... besides lunch, we managed to go all the way to Ming Yue Confectionery in Pasir Pinji to get some goodies!  This place is now famous for their mooncakes especially the festive season is another one month away.  I expected the Queue to be there, yes, true enough, it was.....
We waited almost half hour when we reached this spot...
Considered a short one... I remember one time it was until three shoplots away...
If everyone knows what they need to buy, then the waiting time will be much shortened..
So I prepared my list by writing it in my handphone...
Smart eh... ! hahahaa...
Here is the price list....
What I needed, I quickly keyed into my hp...
And just read out when it reached my turn...
we didn't buy much...
Just 7 boxes!
Er... 8 actually... the top one was sent by Andy through Groupon...
He told me that I must eat these.....
First time buying for Mama... so must eat!
hahahaha...
And share some with Labby too, he said!
Aiyoh.. so wasted...
Labby will just gulp it down without tasting!
As for these Ming Yue ones, they are not mine...
How could I eat so much?  hahahaa..
They belong to my friend...
She loves all these mooncakes from Ming Yue!

  10. Your Labby is so lucky, got a fair share of the mooncake. As for me, I am not too fond of mooncakes. Some are too sweet and others the fillings like "tau sar", too dried. If you ask me to queue up & buy, definitely a big NO, NO.

  16. Very efficient to prepare a list! I hate it when people hold up the line because they can't decide. I am not gila over mooncakes. But I do eat if offered. I only buy to give to family members.
