ACUSTOP For Pain Relief

Ever since I fell down a couple of months ago, I have been getting backache on and off.   That is why old people's myth is true... "Once you fall down and never take precautions, you will get backache every now and then."  I used to shrug it off ....

Now look at me... I cannot carry heavy stuff already... I feel my back is very sprained when I do that... I cannot even sit too long in one position... when I get up, my back is so stiff!  Alright, I do not want to be a spring chicken but at least allow me to walk like a normal fat chicken!  :)

When I did my X-Ray previously, the specialist said my muscle is injured on my right side... since then, it has been healed.. no more pain.. but nowadays the pain is on the left side.... the pain has now moved over... and I have to use these again as recommended by the doc....

So far, I have used a number of plasters and this one is most "relieving"....
It cost RM10.50 for 6 pieces.... not cheap...
I use two pieces per day for the past few days....

Quite big compared to others....
One piece for the day... and one at night...
Among the three diagrams here, I am one of the above....

  5. The pain can 'move over' to the other side ga? I don't use these patches but sometimes if I 'fan meh keng' (direct translation: sleep until neck twisted), I let it heal by itself or I sapu yuyi oil (meant for babies), silly but at least there's something, hehe..

  6. Have to watch your diet! Avoid "cooling" stuff. I do hope I don't need to use these one day - I'm allergic to plaster...and peeling off, the skin would come off with it. Ouch!!!!

  7. Irritating to have the pain on & off. Have to take great precautions to avoid sufferings. I like your statement..."no more spring chicken but at least a normal fat chicken". Take care & God Bless.

  9. I fell down from the rocks into the sea while fishing in Penang during my 20s. Now I suffer from migraine easily as my back has misaligned slightly.
After so many years of massage, it was only temporary help until I accidentally found a machine at the gym that exercises solely on my back. I am now fit with a strong back like a horse again. Wanna know more??

An Evening Dinner At Chef Chew Kitchen, Petaling Jaya

BACK TO SG. BULOH for a couple of days.... Come evening, we went for dinner at Chef Chew Kitchen in Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya.  Since it was my first time there, I did not know what to expect except to sit back, relax and eat.  LOL... It is a one shop lot restaurant so tables are very limited.  Reservation was made at 6pm to be on the safe side, to avoid crowds and waiting for food was very minimized at this time of the day.  For the seven of us, these dishes were served on the table... Thumbs up even before the dinner...  And soon these are served...  Claypot braised ribs...  Their signature dish... Fish Maw...  First time eating fish maw which is whitish in colour...  Black Beancurd with Pumpkin sauce... Hey, this restaurant indeed serves new to me! This must be Sweet Sauce Chicken... For the American... Cos we Asians like Steamed Chicken like this!  LOL...  And the star dish of the dinner is this...  Freshly steamed and succulent prawns

Our Orders From Afghanistan, Spanish And Australia

My Final post on the Food Festival in the Victoria Market on Wednesday night.... The atmosphere at the market was "enhanced" by the cheerful songs and music by a group band... It was indeed a merry evening filled with music-licous folk songs in the air... . Ok, how to find four seats in this crowd.... hmmmm....... Somehow we managed to... and these were what my boys brought back to our table.... Mexican rice with oysters... or is it Spanish rice?   Both are the same, I guess... LOL.... Afghanistan Food.... chunks of chicken meat with naan.... Brazilian food.... don't ask me what it is.... I just ate what was on the table....  But I am amazed by this giant burger....  ..... and what burger is this? They told me it is Crocodile Tail Burger! Meat from the crocodile tail?  Is it just a name or what... I really don't know... Took a few bites of it... and I am full!! Well, these were the food we

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...  Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch
