Homecooked Noodles With Heavy Toppings

After taking rice for the past few days, I decided to whoop up something different this evening. It has been some time since I last had noodles, they are not my favourite list... There are so much negative comments about consuming them and that has certainly affect me after reading them. *Call me Kiasi* Dry noodles is my last resort for a decent meal...
Bought some beancurd fish paste this morning...
And took out five frozen prawns from the freezer....
Plus some remaining greens which was "donated" by my sister...   :)
Oh no... did I really finish all that?
Really full to the brim!

After this heavy dinner, I dragged my legs up to the bedroom only to realize that the bulb is not working... sigh.... the light bulb kept flickering and flickering that I had to switch it off....  I guess I have to watch TV and blog in a very dim light from tonight onwards till...........................

HELP, HELP.... I NEED HANDY ANDY!!

  4. Once your handyman reads this, he will rush to your rescue, I guess?
I have the same problem as you, every time I cook, I always overestimate the portions to cook, and end up eating more than I should!

  6. The thing about instant noodles being not healthy is the fact that they have been pre fried but yee mee sold by outside eateries are also pre fried but there are instant noodles that are air dried so is better. The other thing not healthy about it is the seasonings included so if you want to be healthy then just don't use the packets of seasoning. Other than that I don't believe dry noodle to be any worse than noodles sold outside unless they specifically say that they are organic noodles.

    1. Oh like that.... so next time I better not use the seasoning... but one packet can be very filling too esp. with all the toppings...
