Reanaclaire Homecooked Dinner In Adelaide

IT WAS ALMOST NOON WHEN WE FINALLY CHECK IN and I am delighted with the layout of the apartment which we would be staying for a week...The mini kitchen has almost everything, from the oven, microwave, dish washer and the utensils we need.  I like the "island" at the kitchen there, separating the living hall...

We bought a lot of stuff back from the mall and for the first night, I was dedicated to do a simple meal.  Before that, I took a rest first, standing at the balcony to get some wifi and checking into my emails, blog and watsapp!  Very important tasks for me each day....

Neat and nice layout...
And our first dinner were whooped out pretty fast..
Cold weather is the cause of our hunger....
Bought a roasted chicken from the mall... $11
We baked it again for some minutes and it was still nice and juicy...
Broccoli with some fresh scallops...
An easy dish.. eggs with big onions...
Somehow I messed it up...
ABC soup with some added sausages.... *something new I learn*
They enhanced the flavour of the soup...
My girl likes them...
And our first dinner in Adelaide...
Yes, Chinese food again!
One for the album as usual....

All the dishes look so good and feels very at home.. Especially with abc soup and onion eggs, who don't like? I always put sausages in abc soup for the boys when I cook noodles for them, taste good too..

Not bad lah you. On holiday also you can do a Reana Claire Cooks! Everything looks good, even the "messed" up omelette.

  8. It looks delicious!!! And your chicken price is in DOLLARS, so I can finally understand it! the grocery stores here sell rotisserie chickens, you can watch them roasting. They come out twice a day and are five dollars. WHAT is in the ABC soup, how did you make it??? I must get a chicken and try this!! I wait for your answer.

    1. Hello Ginny, ABC soup is big onions, carrots and potatoes.. boil for two hours and then add in the sausages and boil for five to ten minutes otherwise they might turn too soft... hope this helps..

  11. That's a lovely home cooked food, Claire. So many things to get from the fresh market to cook at your comfort. I miss Australia.

  12. I agree that the layout look nice and neat! Eating Chinese home cooked meals are definitely tastier in overseas. When I went overseas, I carried stuffs like White Coffee sachets, Bak Kwa and Cup Noodles which made me happy too.
