A Christmas Bath For Labby

SINCE THE DAY I WAS IN A CAST, I have been neglecting my furry member in a way... I have not taken her for our normal daily walks in the evening, she has to do it by herself since a couple of months ago.  I wonder if she knows why she has to alone... but I think she knows why... She has seen me limping to the car with the walker and wheeling myself around the house... she is a smart dog, she understands... cos she never makes noise having to go out by herself... :)

Another thing I could not do for her is feeding.... That is most important.... Somehow she still managed to get fed, my kind neighbour takes care of that, so thankful to them... and not only that, they pick up her nature call too.... but there is one thing my neighbour cannot do... that is bathing!  They are still not used to bathing a dog and my furry member likes to play with water, she will make them wet throughout the shower....

And ain't I GLAD and RELIEF when this husband-and-wife team drop by to offer their services to bathe for Labby!!  Yes, she does need a thorough bath badly, the previous ones done by my girl were just wetting her more or less... not a real shower... hahahaa...

Just a moment ago I received these pictures from my friends, husband/wife team!  They came to my house and not just to shower Labby but to clean up my house as well.... So NICE of them!!

Labby getting cleaned up for the festive season.... !
Normally it was a fast one...
This time she is getting a detailed bath...
All cleaned up.... now waiting to get dry....
She will run about as soon as she is released...
As my friend said, Labby is now ready for her Christmas Party!!
She will be getting her Christmas "turkey" soon too!!
Thank you Florence and her dear partner...
I owe you endless!!
So Blessed with Good Friends around.....

  3. Nice! Your dog is one lucky canine. :)

I'm looking forward to Christmas too, it's just around the corner, we always roast a turkey too, as well as get Christmas crackers and pannatone - it's a yearly thing which the kids enjoy (especially the favors from the crackers).

  4. i think you have done a lot of charity and good things in your past life, see you have so many people loving you and helping you when you are most in need.. you have great neighbour who does not mind taking care of your dog, and you have friends who drop by often bringing you food, and now they bathe your dog and wash your house!! :)
