Seacrab At Taman Free School Food Court, Penang

What are the normal activities to do in Penang?  Besides food, of course.... This time I had plenty to do, with all the "foodathon" going on, I have to do some "shedding off" calories too.  It was raining that evening but that did not deter me from going to the gym in CRC aka Chinese Recreation Club.
First time coming to the CRC gym, thanks to my friend who is a member....
We spent around an hour sweating out.... I only can work on two...
One is pedaling and another one is the treadmill moving at speed 3 only...
After our workout, we went to Free School Garden for our dinner....
I had two glasses of fresh soupsop at RM4 per glass....
As I passed by the stalls, this seems to be quite popular....
So I ordered..... and the least must be two crabs...
Baked to remain the original taste... cost is RM58...
 Freshly flesh....
Feeling half full, I added another bowl of Koay Teow Th'ng to my stomach...
ahhh... then only I can call it a day...
*patting stomach*

  1. That was a satisfying meal. I'm liking the koay teow thng. The crabs, not so much hah..hah...

  2. Wahhhhh!!!! Can eat more after 1 hour at the gym. LOL!!! Sea crabs? They look like mud crabs to me - I prefer these to those sea crabs. These are much nicer...but of course, not cheap at all. :(

    1. Mud crabs la.. i just put sea only... hahaha

  3. Baked crabs. That is a nice way to enjoy fresh crabs.

Good to workout once a while. Long time I did not go to the gym.

    1. I also long time no go... except for evening walks.

  4. A very satisfying meal for you and for my eyes too!

  5. Wah, so diligent to go to the gym to workout! I like to eat crabs but too lazy to eat them now so it has been a long time since I last ate them.

    1. With all the food inside my tummy.... forced to go...

  6. The bowl of soup looks wonderful, and would be my favorite! You are so slim, no meed for the gym unless you want to build your strength!

  7. If after workout, i can one go have two glasses of fresh soupsop, kaka...

My Final post on the Food Festival in the Victoria Market on Wednesday night.... The atmosphere at the market was "enhanced" by the cheerful songs and music by a group band... It was indeed a merry evening filled with music-licous folk songs in the air... . Ok, how to find four seats in this crowd.... hmmmm....... Somehow we managed to... and these were what my boys brought back to our table.... Mexican rice with oysters... or is it Spanish rice?   Both are the same, I guess... LOL.... Afghanistan Food.... chunks of chicken meat with naan.... Brazilian food.... don't ask me what it is.... I just ate what was on the table....  But I am amazed by this giant burger....  ..... and what burger is this? They told me it is Crocodile Tail Burger! Meat from the crocodile tail?  Is it just a name or what... I really don't know... Took a few bites of it... and I am full!! Well, these were the food we

My Failed Project In Baking Mini Egg Cakes

FAILED THIS TIME..... I don't know why, I follow exactly the ingredients and the method written in her website but it was not successful.  Something went wrong somewhere but I don't think I want to try it again.  This recipe is called Mini Egg Cake which is supposed to be soft, airy, light sponge cake but the way I made them, they turned out hard and crusty cake.   If I try again one day, I will half the portion... cos I like to eat these traditional egg cakes.... The Ingredients...  No point putting the recipe here since I failed..  LOL...  The portions of this recipe....  It looked very promising when I put them into the oven.... Even when they were in the baking process... they look good, aren't they? LOL...  I was so happy just by looking at the mini egg cakes in the tray....  And after they were let out... my heart sank....  The minute I took them out from the tray, I knew... Hard at the top...  Tak Jadi = Failed.... Now come to t
