Simple Steps to Baking Cake With Breadmaker

BAKING MODE IS ON AGAIN!

Ever since I bought the breadmaker a couple of months ago, I have never tried baking cakes with it before until yesterday.....  Just a test trial and see how it goes... nothing complicated, the recipe shown in the book is very simple, just nice for amateurs like me!  One thing I like about this breadmaker is the size of the pan.  It is not too big nor small, just nice for small family eaters, finish it at one go instead of having leftovers for the next day....
8 tablespoon of sugar and I used brown sugar instead... not so sweet...
Four eggs... and I whisked two eggs at a time....
Till it become fluffy....
Then add in 1 1/5 cups of raising flour.... *3 separate times*
40ml fresh milk
6 tablespoon of oil (I used melted butter)
And that is about it....
Shake the pan 3 times, make the surface of the pulp smooth and air out of it....
*maybe I didn't shake it enough*
For my breadmaker, I set it to #7 for western cakes...

After the beeping sound, the cake is done!
See the holes??  Yeah, air went in... *angin masuk*
My cute little cake with pokey marks!
Now I understand what it means when the instruction mentioned to shake it..
Other than the holes in between, the taste is like those egg rolls....
Not so butter-rich, not so sweet... *can add in more sugar next time*
It taste like a cake bread to me with eggs fragrance...
Yes, I will try doing this again one day...
Must tweak here and there to make it perfect to suit my tastebuds!
