Homecooked Food For The Weekend

MY FRIEND GAVE ME SOME PESTICIDE FREE GREENS.... and I have been keeping them in my fridge for a couple of days before I finally got my lazy butt to the kitchen... to cook.  Thank goodness they are still good and on two different days, I whisked up two simple dinner meals, no one will ever want invited to.  Lol.... So simple that it just needs blanching the greens and some stirring done on the other...
My Blanched Greens and my Porkie...

Marinated two pieces of meat " yuk ngan" with soy sauce, pepper, chinese wine, sakt and bit of brown fine sugar
for a couple of hours before adding in a bit of sesame oil to cook them in the small pan....
Oh before marinating them, I tenderized the meat with the blunt side of the knife.....

On another evening, I sauteed the vege with garlic and added in some gojiberries for decoration...
And thw second dish is just steaming the sliced arrowshoots and chinese sausage together with my brown rice..
All in one go and my dinner is simply done and safe in my stomach....
