My First Dinner In Aberdeen

IT WAS 6 DEGREES... in the evening, my body is definitely undergoing a big change of weather, from hot sunny weather to chilly cold.  When it is cold, I get hungry super fast and anything simple will taste super good for me and him... LOL...

Took out the curry vegetarian paste brought from Ipoh, chop-chop all the vegetables I found in the fridge and a enormous dish is whooped up!  Shared half of the portion with my son's neighbour and we finished the remaining portion.  Marinated some chicken drumsticks and wings for a couple of hours and our dinner is done.
Two dishes for our dinner...

My first meal in Aberdeen....

  2. This looks so good and warming, Claire! It is natural for us to be more hungry in cold weather and winter. It is from pre-historic times, when we needed lots of food for energy to make it through the winter. I just hope the cold weather doesn't ruin my diet!

  4. Youm yummmm!!! Anything we cook overseas seems to taste so so so good. Must be the weather. I've tried cooking what I cooked and enjoyed in the UK, same ingredients, same recipe but they did not taste as nice. Say hi to Mary and Steven if you get to see them again!
