Along The Streets Of London

FROM CHINATOWN... it was all walking and walking... along one street to another..... now looking back, I think we are really good Walkers!
Everywhere is everybody..... in Chinatown...
Walking along the streets in Chinatown....
And to Whitehall Gardens...
Sunny and yet cold weather in London...
Heard that this hotel is often shown in movies....
All look pretty familiar to me...
Beautiful flowers are everywhere even though it is not summer yet...
Walking along the streets of London...
London Eye?
Buckingham Palace....
Too crowded on a weekend...
We walked till evening around 6pm...
Reached our hotel at the airport around 7pm...
No sleepless nights...
We were totally exhausted by the time we got ready for bed...

  1. I love London! Been so so so long now. Don't they have those hop on hop off double decker buses for tourists anymore?

  2. Spring is the time where most flowers bloom. I remember being so excited to see flowers after a cold and gray winter because it means that spring is here when I was living in UK.

  3. Thanks for the wonderful tour, I especially love the flowers! And the building, and the Eye. Do they still let people go on it for rides? Would you?

  7. When on holiday, all I want to do is walk and eat. And take many photos. Lol.

Now I miss London looking at your photos here. Didn't go much when in London as only one day to spare. Hope to go back there one day.

An Evening Dinner At Chef Chew Kitchen, Petaling Jaya

BACK TO SG. BULOH for a couple of days.... Come evening, we went for dinner at Chef Chew Kitchen in Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya.  Since it was my first time there, I did not know what to expect except to sit back, relax and eat.  LOL... It is a one shop lot restaurant so tables are very limited.  Reservation was made at 6pm to be on the safe side, to avoid crowds and waiting for food was very minimized at this time of the day.  For the seven of us, these dishes were served on the table... Thumbs up even before the dinner...  And soon these are served...  Claypot braised ribs...  Their signature dish... Fish Maw...  First time eating fish maw which is whitish in colour...  Black Beancurd with Pumpkin sauce... Hey, this restaurant indeed serves new to me! This must be Sweet Sauce Chicken... For the American... Cos we Asians like Steamed Chicken like this!  LOL...  And the star dish of the dinner is this...  Freshly steamed and succulent prawns

Our Orders From Afghanistan, Spanish And Australia

My Final post on the Food Festival in the Victoria Market on Wednesday night.... The atmosphere at the market was "enhanced" by the cheerful songs and music by a group band... It was indeed a merry evening filled with music-licous folk songs in the air... . Ok, how to find four seats in this crowd.... hmmmm....... Somehow we managed to... and these were what my boys brought back to our table.... Mexican rice with oysters... or is it Spanish rice?   Both are the same, I guess... LOL.... Afghanistan Food.... chunks of chicken meat with naan.... Brazilian food.... don't ask me what it is.... I just ate what was on the table....  But I am amazed by this giant burger....  ..... and what burger is this? They told me it is Crocodile Tail Burger! Meat from the crocodile tail?  Is it just a name or what... I really don't know... Took a few bites of it... and I am full!! Well, these were the food we

Reunion At Museum Restaurant At Starling Mall

CLASSMATES REUNION... but not from my year.  i just tagged along with my sister who wanted my company that evening.  She was going to meet up with some of her classmates at The Starling mall.  I did not want to drive there, taking Grab is a much easier and practical choice, considering it was rush hour in the evening.  Furthermore, I am not familiar with the roads... both of us might panic on the federal highway.  LOL...  Having someone to take us there is so stress free, we only have to pay RM20 for the ride.  :)  Our first time to Startling Mall and being made familiar by one of the bloggers, Phong Hong who used to post up her lunch meals taken from there.  We were supposed to meet up at 7pm but we reached there an hour earlier to "survey" the shops and ended up buying a "bit."  Blame it on my sister who always like to give positive comments most of the time!   The dinner was held at The Museum.... Originated from Ipoh actually and how there is a branch
