Lets Sweat It Out Friday!

All food and no exercise will make one put on extra flesh here and there... ahemmm....

Now that my girl has finished her SPM, she and I can go anywhere, no need to rush home and no more hearing remarks like, "Faster, faster go home, don't waste time, I haven't finished revising yet... etc etc.. " Very farn one...

Now... both of us are more relaxed.. we can go anywhere we like.. no more study stress...  but only diet stress.. hahaha... we must sweat out... at least three times per week... but so far, this was our first time exercising since her exams were over 10 days ago....
guess who.... ahemmm...
serious walk one.... 
no play-play till.....
we finished 3 big rounds...
I think it was around 2km or more...
finally... I call it quits.... finishing line...phew.....
time to cool down and have peace... LOL...

Lunar New Year 2024 Before And After

TODAY IS THE SIXTH DAY OF LUNAR NEW YEAR.... And this is the day when I am now free to blog a few lines to activate back my blog after a lon...
