Ginger Bread Man

As I was looking through the Christmas photos just now, I couldn't resist not displaying this "Gingerbread Man" here. This giant biscuit was baked by my sister in law, Lily who has taken the trouble to make the giant ginger man and packed them nicely as a doorgift during our party. My son took back a packet and did not eat it till 2 days later... haha... he said it was a waste to eat it cos it looked so cute...
