Refugee Boat?

This is Wuxi... another place which was quite unique in its own way.... When we entered this sort of "kingdom" we were taken on a ride round the lake on the "train" and by boat on the lake...

at first I tot this was a refugee boat..

no...it was a tourist boat...
scary or not.. so crowded?


but I was not on this boat...


I was on another different one..
not so over crowded one :)
