A relaxing Sunday....whole afternoon spent in the room.. never wanted to come out. If Merryn and Cleff were to do that, there would be a outcry, a happy outcry.. LOL.. But as for me, a whole afternoon spent in the room and mostly on bed was a bliss today, especially with one laptop on the bed and eyes on the big screen.... Watching the Malaysia Open 2010 today was enough to lift up my spirits high....hahahaa.....
Double bliss was when Lee Chong Wei won the men's singles and Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong won the men's doubles. The last time Malaysia won was in 2007 and today 2010, we won again.... "WE"...hahahaa... I was standing up and applauding each time they got a point. Each time time I clapped, my dog Labbie barked...serious!! Really, and I tried clapping again, yes, she barked again too..... hahaha...she must have sensed my jubilation!

I watched the final too. Lee Chong Wei played well but I am a bit worry about KKK and TBH as with their current form, they will have problem with top pairs from South Korea, China, Indonesia and DenmarkReplyDelete
haha you and your badminton craze! Yup WE won ! Congrats to Chong Wei and KKK/TBH.ReplyDelete
Lucky Angel get to rest:p
BF: yeah, i was anxious for them too.. imagine the 2nd set, they lost quite badly..i mean.. the china pair kept smashing them left right.. ooooh.. nasib baik they changed tactic in the 3rd game...ReplyDelete
elin: who is angel? hehhe..me ah?
Err... me no sports fan ler... to be alone in a room, with a laptop and internet connection is blissful enough for me hehe.ReplyDelete
Oi.. showing off sexy legs eh? Your legs need to get some tanning.. :PReplyDelete
I was in bed the whole afternoon too.. bedminton.. lol.... oh my goodness.. what the heck has become of me?
cleff lah.. her PhD has somewhat jangkit me ody.. Permanent Head Damage! :D

Claire, you wear watch at home eh?ReplyDelete
nyek nyek nyek.. yes! I scrutinize your pic until liddat! :P
I also watched it. Malaysia now need another good singles player for thomas cup. KKK very erratic... he's a bit too 'clown' around. No wonder Rexy scolded him in one of the breaks.ReplyDelete
i watched just a short while. my husband was so engrossed too.ReplyDelete
Wooohooo! I watched it too. I even tweet about it. I'm so happy that we have won. :DReplyDelete
Hopefully Chong Wei can continue is superb form. :)ReplyDelete
Like Merryn... I oso bedminton whole day today. The only difference is, I was having flu and guai guai there whole day, dreaming of a certain Arthur Wee to cook some nice, hot chic soup for me... unfortunately... he told me to come to Sibu instead. OMG!!! This is my balasan lah... kacau him so much! LMAO...ReplyDelete
Merryn... on the other hand, must have a streinous bedminton lah... she sounded so hyper....ahahahaha!
@Merryn... since my PhD jangkit to you... do you want me to issue otak kuning cert? LOL....ReplyDelete
I still can't believe i dream about Cikgu...tsk tsk... and he told me to go Sibu to drink soup... OMG.... *pengsan!*ReplyDelete
I think its wonderful that you had a whole day to yourself, with your laptop and the television! Sometimes one needs a "break" from everyday and what a way to charge one's "batteries"! Have a wonderful week!ReplyDelete
chloe: so we have something in common too.. :)ReplyDelete
Merryn: what a good idea! swimming.. but..er.. can u teach me how to overcome water phobia first? maybe u can recommend a gorgeous handsome hunk trainer? :))
wearing a watch?? hehe... yes, u r very observant.. i myself also never realise it.. u should be a PI...
chrisau: yes, i bet he got scolded..hahaha..fooling around with his net play and let china smashed down. TBH also frust with his gimmicks. normally when he is leading, he will play a fool.. fancy tricks.. :) hope he matures soon...
wenn: most ladies not so interested, i think...ReplyDelete
tekkaus: i heard that the crowd was maddening.. the noise, i mean ... even the china players asked them to silence up..hahaha....anyway, it was a good game.. an exciting match to watch..
cleffairy: a certain Arthur? perhaps u dreamt of another arthur in disguise to cook soup for u.. i bet STP will surely do that if he is in KL... but your certain Arthur u dreamt never got to do it! :) hope u r feeling much better now... dont know whether STP got sneeze or not, we r mentioning him too much here...
cheryl: very true.. we do need a time to ourselves, quiet time, as my church pastor always says.. :p

Wah, good to have a relaxing day, I was out helping the homeless people in KL and after that took my wife shopping until late evening!ReplyDelete
Aiya, why the sexy leg...so fair one? Never kena sunlight....!
Eh, your post today also showing leg? I thought that only happens in my blog. LOL!! : )ReplyDelete
Congrats to the winners! But one problem with Malaysian badminton players - they are not consistent!ReplyDelete
Always heart attack watching them play! : )ReplyDelete
What happened to you all bedminton fans? Read properly, I mean BEDminton not BADminton! Haha!ReplyDelete
I am more of a GOODminton fan, haha! OK, I'm talking nonsense : )
pete: good noble act.. yes, my church also does that once a week during the day.. sexy leg?? u should see foongpc's one.. more hairy..hahahaa..ReplyDelete
foongpc: u advertise legs, i show off leg.. most of them in bed watching badminton la.. bad.. good.. whatever, i m interested! yes, they r not consistent, once they won one set, they will be playing around the court.. they only get into serious biz during the 3rd set...

My bro inlaw gave me the cold stare when I asked "Is this live?"
OMIGOSH....I think he must be thinking I come from the jungle! hahaha...

annieQ: like tat, also u can see ah? merryn saw the watch.. and u toes.. what else can u observe.. next time i better put more things to let u all comment..hahaha...

wow..so comfortable on the bed with the laptop.ReplyDelete
I love some of my Sundays spent that way too after hectic weekdays at work. Congrats to our Malaysian players!ReplyDelete
It's amazing how many things we can do at 1 time. Watch tv, chat on laptop, surf net, etc. :)ReplyDelete
mNhL: but dont do that all the time.. back pain, as annie q said..ReplyDelete
d1nOsa: yes..congrats to them...

haha, i dun have car leh. go oso most probably use bus. u wanna tumpang my lap?? XDReplyDelete
congrats to them! =DReplyDelete
Thank God they won. The doubles pair sure gave fans some scary moments.ReplyDelete
I do not understand why they always go for 3rd set ...after winning the first set...they should try to win it in straight sets.
I hope they will buck up on this. Go for the kill like Datuk Lee...he trashed his final opponent.
Thank you very much for this post! I am also one those crazy badminton fan!:))ReplyDelete
