Valentine Day

My son Andy wanted a nice butter cake for Chinese New Year.... who else I think of but Elin.. Thank you very much, Elin for making this butter cake for us at a short notice. Do not worry about the arrangement of the cake... it is your thought that counts!

This is a very special cake, baked with passion, I believe... The delicious longan on top of the cake and the chocolate chips at the side, my goodness, simply drooling! My kids and I enjoyed this lovely gorgeous butter German chocolate cake.... It was simply sumptuous!

Happy Valentine To All Of You!
