First Garden Dim Sum And The Gifts

Both of us had a tete-a-tete in a Dim Sum cafe in First Garden yesterday.  She is a busy lady as we all know especially with the Mother's Day around the corner and of all days, I chose yesterday to call her out.  Anyway, it was just a short while and during this short time, we went to the Dim Sum shop just opposite the GP food court.

Service is good there, the ladies there are friendly, they even recommended what to eat when both of us were seated.  For two persons taking Dim Sum, it is certainly not easy to order, either too much to eat or too much to take home... (cannot poslaju, sorry!)  hahaha...
Soon our food arrived....
See "how much" we ordered... hahahaa...
Both of us have small stomachs, I guess...
This actually looks as big as a Tar Pau (Big Dumpling)
The fillings inside are kind of different...
Chicken, vegetables and the special thing is that...
there is a layer of glutinous rice at the bottom of the pau too!
This is also different from the ones in town...
I like their texture and the meat fillings, they are very tasty too!
Well, a meal is not complete without some sweeties, right?
We took a picture of each other .. a very natural one...
hahahaaa...
As usual, I do not go home empty-handed...
Wenn always have some gifts in hand...
Thank you, Wenn for the exquisite pendant!!
Wenn will I see you again? :)

  1. That's a delightful dim sum. Wow, the pao is so big and that is more than enough for a small eater. You are truly blessed with kind friends around you. Bet you have a great time.

  11. The bao you had was not a 'tai bao'. It's known as 'Gai Wo Bao', very famous in Sri Petaling.
