Easy Booking Online

When it comes to traveling, there are a number of important issues that needs taken care of before one's departure.  As for me, I am a very absent-minded person and now with the smart phone, I make sure that whatever comes to my mind, I quickly note them down under "reminders" so that I won't forget to get them done before I travel.

I have planned for this US trip a few months back, there are so much to be prepared and done before I leave.  First of all is the booking of the flight, I checked the travel website frequently so that I could get the best offer to travel and not only that, the transit departure time must "blend" in well so that I don't have to wait too long or to rush like mad when the hours... Secondly, I need to arrange for transport, that is from my town, Ipoh to the airport in Kuala Lumpur.  It is a three and a half hours drive from my place and I have three options.  Either I take a cab, a bus ride or go by train and another option is the car rental Malaysia.  If there were a few of us, the latter would be the best choice.  But since there were only two of us, we opted for the bus ride which took us from our hometown straight to the airport.  It was quite a hassle to book my bus tickets, I have to call up the bus service station and made two trips to collect my tickets!  I was wondering that it would be great to have a better alternative to save me from the inconvenience.....

Yes, I found it.... It is through the easybook.com that makes booking much easier, well, at least for me.  I may be needing their services every now and then when I come back to Malaysia.  I have to travel from north to south again, From Ipoh to Penang and from Penang to Singapore.... Hahahaha... Well, I guess I have to start planning again my travel schedules once I reach Ipoh again soon....

My Failed Project In Baking Mini Egg Cakes

FAILED THIS TIME..... I don't know why, I follow exactly the ingredients and the method written in her website but it was not successful.  Something went wrong somewhere but I don't think I want to try it again.  This recipe is called Mini Egg Cake which is supposed to be soft, airy, light sponge cake but the way I made them, they turned out hard and crusty cake.   If I try again one day, I will half the portion... cos I like to eat these traditional egg cakes.... The Ingredients...  No point putting the recipe here since I failed..  LOL...  The portions of this recipe....  It looked very promising when I put them into the oven.... Even when they were in the baking process... they look good, aren't they? LOL...  I was so happy just by looking at the mini egg cakes in the tray....  And after they were let out... my heart sank....  The minute I took them out from the tray, I knew... Hard at the top...  Tak Jadi = Failed.... Now come to t

Home Cooked Dishes

My neighbour gave me half pumpkin and I have been keeping it for a couple of days before I finally decide what to do with it.  I cook it into small chunks and sauteed it with minced meat, okra and basil leaves.  Yes, it would be great to put in some small cilipadi but unfortunately, I did not find any in my fridge.  Steamed a bowl of rice and that was meal for dinner.... One dish meal....  Pumpkin reminds me of sweet potatoes...sweet after cooking... Another dinner meal consist of Sambal Fish, black pepper met and a hard boiled egg  I only boiled the egg, the other two dishes were "sponsored" by my neighbour... LOL...

My Final post on the Food Festival in the Victoria Market on Wednesday night.... The atmosphere at the market was "enhanced" by the cheerful songs and music by a group band... It was indeed a merry evening filled with music-licous folk songs in the air... . Ok, how to find four seats in this crowd.... hmmmm....... Somehow we managed to... and these were what my boys brought back to our table.... Mexican rice with oysters... or is it Spanish rice?   Both are the same, I guess... LOL.... I just ate what was on the table....  But I am amazed by this giant burger....  ..... and what burger is this? They told me it is Crocodile Tail Burger! Meat from the crocodile tail?  Is it just a name or what... I really don't know... Took a few bites of it... and I am full!! Well, these were the food we
