To Penang On Cast

HAVE CAST WILL TRAVEL!

Yes, someone commented that... actually the cast is off, only the splinter but that too also was taken off when I arrived in Penang.  It was just too heavy for me to hop and tip toe... but the minute the bandage was off, my leg felt so "naked" and "unprotected".... Finally I put up a light bandage... just in case and to feel sort of "comforted"....
After our breakfast at the Perak Stadium food court, we started our journey at around 11am....
eh... How come I never see this before last time?
Clear skies....
Jam-less for now...
Can't say that for next week!!
Soon... we reached Penang Bridge...
Not many cars on a Friday afternoon even though it was lunch hour...
Having nothing to do with my hands and legs....
I took pictures here and there... right side....
Front....
And left.....
Ok, crossroads.. which way shall we go.....
Ok, George Town way....
Don't worry... leg is not smelly....
*aikssss.....*

It was indeed a merry evening filled with music-licous folk songs in the air... . Ok, how to find four seats in this crowd.... hmmmm....... Somehow we managed to... and these were what my boys brought back to our table.... Mexican rice with oysters... or is it Spanish rice?   Both are the same, I guess... LOL.... Afghanistan Food.... chunks of chicken meat with naan.... Brazilian food.... don't ask me what it is.... I just ate what was on the table....  But I am amazed by this giant burger....  ..... and what burger is this? They told me it is Crocodile Tail Burger! My Failed Project In Baking Mini Egg Cakes

FAILED THIS TIME..... I don't know why, I follow exactly the ingredients and the method written in her website but it was not successful.  Something went wrong somewhere but I don't think I want to try it again.  This recipe is called Mini Egg Cake which is supposed to be soft, airy, light sponge cake but the way I made them, they turned out hard and crusty cake.   If I try again one day, I will half the portion... cos I like to eat these traditional egg cakes.... The Ingredients...  No point putting the recipe here since I failed..  LOL...  The portions of this recipe....  It looked very promising when I put them into the oven.... Even when they were in the baking process... they look good, aren't they? LOL...  I was so happy just by looking at the mini egg cakes in the tray....  And after they were let out... my heart sank....  The minute I took them out from the tray, I knew... Hard at the top...  Tak Jadi = Failed.... Now come to t
