Different Types Of Hawker Food In Bukit Indah, Johor

WHEN IT COMES TO HAWKER FOOD STALLS, I normally would go for those which I could not find in Ipoh.  There are some new stalls newly opened in a corner shop at Nusajaya and one fine morning, my son drove me there.  He himself had not tried out the food there before so both of us were into something new on that particular morning and many more mornings to come after that...

Individual stalls at the corner shop lot... I think there are more than 15 stalls...
We tried one piece of roti canai.. besides other food...
Pan mee also known as mee hoon kueh....
I ate this bowl of pan mee two times within a week... RM5
Yes, I like the soup and everything in it...
Will request more of the ikan bilis the next time round...
I saw something new here....
I couldn't resist them... so I ordered two not knowing what they really were...
Took a bite... they were actually pumpkin kueh...
Not cheap though... two cost RM2.50
Too many choices... and ended up ordering this...
Something like Penang Koay Tewo Th'ng...
Cannot remember how much....
Penang Prawn Noodles... RM5
Koay Teow in duck soup sauce for myself....
It comes with a plate of mixed innards and a bit of egg and beancurd....
For a set like this, it cost RM6....
And on that particular morning, we were happily tucking in our set of food.....
Food that will last us throughout the whole afternoon till dinner time....

  1. Ahhhhhh!!! The mysterious missing post is back! LOL!!!

Kueh teow in duck soup, we do not have anything duck here - other than roast duck - even stewed/braised duck is hard to find and not so nice. I do think my favourite Penang prawn mee here looks better...but those innards look so so so good! That, I want!!! And the Penang kway teow th'ng too!

Ahhhhh!!!! I see you finally had your roti canai after seeing my post yesterday. Hehehehehe!!!!

  11. Lots of good food in Johor too! How about their fried noodles? Is the sauce sweet like the one used in Singapore?
