My Gifts From Groupon

This is a sponsored post. All opinions are mine

FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS, I have not been buying Birthday Gifts for my three kids.  Oh, do not get me wrong, I still remember their birthdays, all three of them, and instead of gifts, I gave them in cash form.  Why?  The reason is that they are all grown up now, all in their 20's and I do not know what to get for them anymore.  It was so different when they were younger in their teenage years or before.  Now that they are adults, I guess they prefer gifts in terms of "cash" so that they can get whatever they want to buy....

However this year, I will make a change!  One of my three kids will be celebrating her birthday soon and this year, I will surprise her with what she needs!  Well, I have some ideas in my mind as of now, thanks to Groupon Goods on this page Here.  In fact I will buy a gift for each of them, there are lots of choices here for me to choose from.  Their prices are fantastically low and affordable and here are some of the goods I would like to purchase for each of everyone of us... Yes, that includes me as well!!

For my girl, I would get this Sblet's Miss Waist Trainer Body Shaper.. only $21.99...
Her favourite passtime after work is at the gym and this gift will suit her real fine!
Helps to obtain a slimmer waist and hourglass shape, yes, she would love this!
As for my two sons, I would buy two of the same gadget for them.
LAX Universal Magnetic Air-Vent Mount for their smartphone and GPS devises...
Just what they need for they are always on the GO!
At the moment, they are using a piece of anti-slip mat near to their steering wheel...
Well, I am going to change all that and replace it with a proper magnetic mount for their phones!
More safer and prevent scratches and falls....
And the best thing is ... it only cost $7.99!!
As for myself, I am aiming for one of these Crossbody cell phone bag for $9.99 only!
It comes with two compartments, just nice for my smartphone and small items...
Now the problem is... there are so many colors!
Which shall I choose.... Yellow?  Blue? or Red?
hmmmm.....

Three Hours City Tour At Ensenada, Mexico

A THREE HOURS CITY TOUR when we embarked in Mexico on the second morning.   My sister booked the three hours city tour in Ensenada, Mexico, a van came to pick us up from the port.  Ensenada is the border of Mexico and it reminds me of Hatyai, a border town too between Malaysia and Thailand.  We were taken to a shopping area where we must haggle for the goods.  LOL.. Yes, something common in my own country... Anyway, we did not buy anything for ourselves... just a wooden handmade truck for my grandson which cost $8usd.   Nothing much to shout about on this three hours excursion, I was so sleepy on the way back to the ship that I dozed off and only awaken when we were driven through the town.  All in all, I just wanted to step onto Mexican soil and I would give this a miss if I were to go on this Mexico cruise again.  LOL... At the open area shopping walking towards the Blowhole... This is La Bufadora Blowhole, an amazing natural marine geyser that is capable of shooting water over 60 fe

Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner At San Jose 2022

TABLE FOR FOUR... We had our own reunion Chinese New Year dinner on Monday evening.... we made a simple one, just hot pot at home.  All we have to do is to clean the vegetables, get everything defrosted... and the hot pot boiling with a packet of seasoning.  They sell a lot of hot pot seasoning over here, from tomato soup to shrimp and chicken soup, I just threw in the whole packet of paste.  No doubt not so healthy but it is so easily done....  As usual, Chinese New Year won't be CNY without a plate of Loe Sang...  No crackers so I put in a few pieces of Tacos... LOL... Most important is the sauce....  The apricot, plum sauce and honey makes it right.... And our dishes for the evening..... We ate too much shrimps the day before so we omitted for this evening.... Simple and yet satisfying meal for our Reunion Dinner....

Phil's Fish Market And Eatery, Moss Landing

DAY TRIP TO MOSS LANDING...  I did not know what to expect since I had not been there before.  We took an hour plus drive to this seafood place, it is an open air restaurant whereby you can dine by the sea or inside.  We chose the latter, since it was quite windy in the open air.  With a baby kid, it is best to have some warmth inside the restaurant. Yes, there was already a queue by the time we reached there, it was actually between lunch and dinner and yet, patrons were ready to have their meal.  Though the queue looked long, we could get a place within 10 minutes or so.   Almost the same picture but someone was looking at me when I took these...  Almost reaching the finishing line to enter ... Clam Chowder to start off...  Cioppino... A combination of seafood... Mussels, prawns, crabs, clams...  Eat what the fishermen eat... Dip the bread in the sauce... Yes, I like this... Fried chicken chunks...  And I still prefer the Cioppino compared to this....  Baby enjoying his own food befo
